The device has arrived in near perfect condition, just very minor blemishes in the screen that was hardly visible. I’m knocking a star off because the phone did not arrive unlocked; it was still tied to Verizon network. I contacted customer support and unfortunately I have to go into the store to resolve the issue. Disappointed that I couldn’t set up the phone for my dad while he was visiting.

Maybe I'm not using it correctly, but I find it distracting. Once I get control, the phone works good. It's possible I have this problem, because its a refurbished model. The camera works great!
