USB-c to USB-c cables were missing.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered 4 of these for Christmas gifts. Several of them arrived without the usb-c to usb-c cables. Fortunately I had some spare usb-c to usb-c cables. The drives themselves worked flawlessly. I'm not sure what "certified refurbished" means if some of the package contents are missing. The 2 TB version I ordered lacked the usb-c to usb-c cable as well.

The Best of the Best

I purchased a refurbished one at a reduced price and wow! It is small on the outside, but huge in capacity. And it is fast! I installed it as an external boot drive for my M1 MacMini, and it boots within 3 seconds of the built-in SSD! Incredible speed and reliability (I have had one at work for a couple of years). Highly recommended,

Arrived without any issues, couldnt tell this was a refurbished product. Would highly reccomend for anyone with a standard hard drive to use this to supplement demanding programs.

Delayed delivery - weeks later that website says.

Tried to use my rewards, but one certificate expired without notice from BB. I guess they take the certificate expiration date seriously, but the delivery date of my product can be delayed for weeks ? I'm worried these poor business practices will eventually lead to store closures and BB going out of business. Too bad.

Do not get, broken product
