Received the refurbished Samsung T7. When I opened it, it refurbished T7 1TB External but didn't have any cords in there. So I have no clue how the heck to use with T7 without the cord that came with it. I need the original cords to use it to see the write and speeds it says but very unfortunately has nothing in the box. I'll be going to return it.

I had bought this so I could put my work on it since I travel tons of places but as soon I plugged it in it would be shown as plugged in but nothing worked. Not a single thing to show it was on the computer besides the pop-up saying it was plugged in.

Was great at first, a little slow for usb 3, but still worked great, then it failed without warning and I've been left scrambling to recover the data on the drive. Do not purchase refurbished anything from best buy, it's Russian roulette.

Bought refurbished external drive, It didn't work. Returned. Their quality control needs improving.

Refurbished but drive came in just a bag, no usb cables of any kind nor manual...My laptop won't read it, i guess i gotta do a little research.

Not happy with this purchase. I have tried this with several items and it’s not working. The drive lights up, but is not recognized on my either of my laptops or anything else I have connected it too.

Bought a Certified Refurbished... wouldn't format in any way for a Mac. Drive failed recovery and all format options. I own multiple t7 2TB without this problem. Sigh...

As in the title, it turns out saving $40 on a refurbished one was a bad choice. Buying refurbished is gamble no matter the vendor. Lesson learned

This refurbished ssd was in great condition when I got it and came in it’s original packaging overall a really good deal for what your getting

Its pretty good, not complicated. Served its purpose of me wanting more space on my laptop

I’m always using Samsung SSD internal and external. Why? Never failed on me. Best Buy is best place to buy.

External SSDs are not new, but the Samsung T7 is truly remarkable! I purchased a refurbished one at a reduced price and wow! It is small on the outside, but huge in capacity. And it is fast! I installed it as an external boot drive for my M1 MacMini, and it boots within 3 seconds of the built-in SSD! Incredible speed and reliability (I have had one at work for a couple of years). Highly recommended,

I ordered 4 of these for Christmas gifts. Several of them arrived without the usb-c to usb-c cables. Fortunately I had some spare usb-c to usb-c cables. The drives themselves worked flawlessly. I'm not sure what "certified refurbished" means if some of the package contents are missing. The 2 TB version I ordered lacked the usb-c to usb-c cable as well.

No issues. Transferring from my phone and laptop are a breeze.

Quality external SSD with all components. Arrived without any issues, couldnt tell this was a refurbished product. Would highly reccomend for anyone with a standard hard drive to use this to supplement demanding programs.

Initially I was somewhat leery about buying a refurbished product, but found the price too enticing to pass up. Happily, the drive works perfectly and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great product and price. While technically refurbished/used, it looks brand new with original box and contents.
