While sometimes this is the case, it doesn’t play well with AppleTV, the mounting brackets sag on the wall, it often loses the connection with the subwoofer despite upgrading the software, it often forgets that its connected as Arc to the TV. In short, it kinda sucks. Especially for the price.

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the bass sound quality.
The HW-N850 has controls that allow you to tailor the bass response of your soundbar to your specific room acoustics.
The SOUND CONTROL button is located to the right of the Sound Mode button.
To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, select TREBLE or BASS in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons
