This is a great-sounding speaker. The woofer also makes a huge difference. I wouldn't have been happy with my new TV without these. Unfortunately, I had to get someone else to help set these up, because settings in the TV needed to be changed. Better directions would have been nice.

In May 2022, we purchased a new Samsung 55 Inch TV. The TV's sound did not seem right to us. . .as if it was coming from a tin can. Made several setting adjustments; but, was not happy with the sound. So, went online to research Samsung Sound Bars and found a HW-A450 Wireless 2.1ch Sound bar with Dolby Audio. Purchased it from Best Buy, after checking numerous online places, and it was delivered quickly and efficiently. If a 77 year old female can install and set up this sound bar and Dolby Bass, anyone should be able to do it. It makes all the difference in the world to the sound of our new TV. So happy that we purchased it from Best Buy! We highly recommend this Sound Bar system and Best Buy! A++++++++++

All great thing with this soundbar. Setup was very easy, which was helpful. Sound is sooooo good and allowsy tv to spund even better. My only complaint is the remote control. It is a curved design which makes putting the back on nearly impossible, hence why mine is not totally closed. Got tired of trying to tighten it. Ither than that, very happy with this purchase.

First time buyer of Samsung sound bar. I'm so glad to have purchased my HW-A450 2.1ch Soundbar w/ Dolby Audio. It's by far the best sound bar I've owned yet. Being technical challenged I was concerned with installing but it was absolutely easy. The overall sound is amazing and I really like the look of it. I was able to sync it up with my Echo very easily and using it has been great with my Echo.

These speakers are great overall! Sound quality is excellent and the subwoofer provides ample base.

Excellent sound bar, loud volume with base. Connects easily and sounds far better than tv speakers. I have been using this for 2 years and on my 2nd samsung tv, still works perfectly. Also works well with dish tv remote.

Honestly didn't expect this sound bar to perform as well as it did. Sounds great in large rooms and the subwoofer is fantastic. Only downside is its lack of hdmi(ARC) input. Only has optical, USB, and bluetooth.

Great sound and quality. It is decently priced for the brand name and what you get, but surround speakers should be included in the bundle as that is what makes a true surround sound experience.

This is a really nice sounding small volume soundbar and subwoofer. I highly recommend this for anyone living in an apartment or small space that requires a lot of bang for the buck.

The sound bar works great and the little sun surprisingly has some strong bass! We have two of these, one in the living room and one in the bedroom

We purchased this one because it had the best sound quality for the price we wanted to pay. It came with it's own subwoofer speaker and blue-tooth connection made it easy to install. The only thing we miss is the auto audio leveling we had on our old soundbar. It kept volume levels constant between channels and devices. We are constantly adjusting our volume controls between devices/ during movies because it's too soft or too loud at times,

So I bought this to replace a Samsung 5.1 Blu-ray player. I would say for the price, it is very good. I mean you are not looking a giant speakers (I believe they are 2.5 inch and the woofer is maybe 8.5) , it is only 40 watts per channel,, but this will make your TV sound better, especially because it adds bass. My Samsung TV is old so I had to use the optical connector (supplied) rather then a Bluetooth connection. I hooked it up, turned on the TV and it was already going. Nothing to do. The woofer connect is wireless. The one page of instructions were not very good and I was trying to figure out how to connect the Bluetooth,, but it did it itself and it was ready to go. If you buy this the remote seems to be the how command center, Go to Samsung support, find the actual manual, and at least download the part about the remote. This has 5 sound settings and I think they sounded too muffled. But , using the remote you can access the 10 band equalizer settings. I tweaked the STANDARD setting and now it sounds really good. Separate volume control for the woofer and the bar. But the woofer button is special as is the settings button. Get the manual. The other thing I did not know and may invest is you can change this to a 4.1 system. There is a bonus set of speakers that go in the rear, are wired to a remote box you also put in the rear, and it will wirelessly connect to the sound bar across the room. This is how my Bluray worked.
