I tried a few others and I am really impressed with this one by Samsung. It does come with a separate subwoofer and I like that you can control the depth/sound of the woofer on the remote. There are also several Sound Modes... Surround Sound, Game, Standard, Bass Boost and Adaptive Lite (picks best sound based on what you are listening to). Total power is 300 watts! Good bang for the buck and a much needed addition to my Hisense A6G 60 inch tv.

Remember it's only 2 channel but it does enhance the sound of my tv & sounds a lot better than the speakers in the tv. It doesn't matter how much you spend on an HDTV the sound is not good. The remote works well but I had to download the FULL manual to truly understand how the remote works. The supplied guide for setup is just basic. HDTV manufacturers should start making models that include soundbars or better speakers. HDTV's should also include a headphone output.
