I use it everyday obviously, I have no complaints about it. Easy to set up and connect to my tv

Initially I was very frustrated with the set up: I couldn't get the sound to come from both my TV and my DVD player. I could get one, but not the other. It was finally an online video I found that suggested unplugging the ENTIRE system, tv/DVD/speaker, wait a bit, then plug back in and turn on. Working!
The sound is good, and I like the little display on the side that tells you the sound level...although it could be easier to set up: there are quite a few settings to scroll through. Otherwise, I'm content.

Very happy with system thus far. Vast improvement over TV speakers. I like wireless sub woofer. Can place to your liking. Although i have not tried it yet my understanding is i can purchase rear surround sound wireless speakers for this system. Happy with price and performance. Recommend system.

Sounds good to me. The remote control and display of functions could be improved on immensely. Very difficult to under stand and get the sound you’re looking for.

I bought this sound bar because the first one I bought was the wrong one and it sounded terrible. So, I bought this one because I was told to get a 3 channel soundbar, so I hooked it up and it sounds much better than the other one that I bought. I really like this soundbar very much I am glad that a BestBuy employee recommended a 3channel soundbar. which would be better sound.

Took a little bit to configure the sound to my liking, but after that it sounds amazing. I bought one for the living room and one for the bedroom. Deep bass and clear voice. Also pairs nicely with Samsung TVs so you don’t have to juggle multiple remotes as the tv remote will also control this sound system. I only use the sound bar remote to adjust sound settings.

We had a very old soundbar that needed replacing. This unit has great fidelity and sound. It was easy to install and adjust to our preferences. Really sounds great!

The 3.1 makes all the difference for dialog and voices. Worth it when it’s on sale (around $200-ish). A very good soundbar that is clear with both the mids and highs (not great for low bass). The wireless subwoofer is a bit underpowered, but clean sounding. This would work great for any small/mid size living room or bedroom.

For this price point this is a pretty good soundbar. Ive had a Visio one for a similar price and I feel like this soundbar puts out better sound. Youre not going to be blown away by this sound bar but if you want to amplify the sound from your TV and no break the bank this one is probably as good as it gets. Setup is near seamless as plugging it in if you have a Samsung TV already.

The first sound bar I bought, remote control didn’t raise or lower the volume, so had to return the unit to BestBuy. BB was awesome to work with. Problem clearly with the soundbar since the same issue happened with a programmed universal remote. Samsung service were uncooperative and didn’t want to authorize a repair until they sent me a new remote (three weeks, and am still waiting for that remote). The second one worked so-so with a digital optical cable. I then tried an HDMI cable (connected to the Hdmi ARC ports ) and it works great now. I have an older Samsung TV and it appears the soundbar doesn’t talk well with the tv using the digital optical cable. Problem is that once you set the TV audio output to Optical, the TV remote does not control volume any more. With the HDMI/ARC connection, you can use your TV remote. I love Samsung but this was a poor experience.
