Good soundbar for the price.

I hate the remote as it's a little confusing. The bass is good and having a center channel is very helpful. I wouldn't look at 2.0 or 2.1 systems unless you are just playing music. Price is excellent for what you get.

Wireless Bluetooth sub really rocks, with deep low tone adds rich warm bass. And the sound bar features DTS and center channel parameter features. Ordered online, and picked it up from the Best Buy store the very next day with ease! Thanks best but for great service and a great product.

He said he was having a hard time hearing the sound out of the TV speakers. I installed this product and it made a world of difference for him. He really enjoys the sound it produces.

Disconnects at times does have issues with turning the volume up and have to turn it down first before I turn it up. These issues don’t happen all the time but it’s a pain when it does because I have to turn it on and off 2 or 3 times to fix the issue. Kinda disappointed, will definitely go with another sound bar next time. Giving it a 3 out of 5 on the fact it supplies good sound but the software isn’t there.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-B650 Soundbar, I am sorry to see that you are not fully satisfied.
There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.
Please verify that you are running the latest firmware of your Soundbar. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-B650 under Standard.
Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well.
If you are experiencing your issue still, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

Great sound and easy set up

The store had a literal stack of boxes of these in the middle of the store. After choosing one, I brought it home, unboxed it, connected it, plugged it in and turned it on. The sound is great and the remote is really easy to use.

Bought one a couple of yeats ago. And then recently purchased abother tv for another room in the house with a fancy expensive Soundbar that sounded like crsp and didnt work properly with the new tv. So returned it and purchased another one of these for the new tv and everything sounds great. And it was less money. Win. Win!

Samsung TV took this new soundbar connected through the provided optical cable automatically. Sound, especially voices, improved dramatically. Good product for another Samsung device.

Subwoofer is one of the best it shakes the whole house. My only grip is it’s not completely Wireless when you get that rear speakers and it does not support Dolby Atmos.

Good product, I would definitely recommend it.
