They made my life miserable and I was so disappointed and they had to come back twice and still never got installation right. They actually put cardboard behind the soundbar to prop it up. I spend 4000 dollars and they used cardboard. Every time I look at the TV I remember their crappy job. Shame on you best Buy

I love the arc connection as the sound bar becomes the main audio for the TV and it powers on and off with my Samsung TV remote. There is no lag between audio and video.
