I previously had a Vizio surround sound that I absolutely love. The only reason I switched to a Samsung surround sound is because I bought a Samsung tv. I like the sound on the Vizio better.

I went through all of the videos and instructions for troubleshooting, confirmed power at outlet and tested that 24volts is getting to unit. The unit sells for almost $400 and I had hoped it would last a little longer that 22 months.

Didn't come with remote and thats the only way to connect sub if it does not auto connect which it would not. Had to bring back and bought new one.
