Little difficult to understand how to adjust the bass and treble settings. Like my previous Samsung sound bar. I don’t like the little viewing area to adjust the volume and other settings.

You can press the TONE CONTROL button to adjust TREBLE and BASS levels.
Press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each of seven frequency bands.
Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer to -12 or between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

My only problem is when I shut off the tv and eventually turn it back on I have to reconnect the sound bar to the tv via shutting off and on my wi-fi so that the sound bar picks up. Another thing I can't have 2 bluetooth devices connected. Although my fairly new samsung tv states that I can.

If you are referring to Multi-Output Audio feature that your TV has, this is something that allows you to connect a Bluetooth device such as a pair of headphones or hearing-aids and also have the audio playing from the TV speakers.
The HW-B650 Soundbar has a Multi-Connection feature which will allow for two different smart devices to be connected to it at one time. This allows for two people to each have their phone connected to the soundbar, and can play songs from their phones without having to disconnect one phone and re-connect the other.

The maximum transmission distance of the main unit’s wireless signal is about 32.8 ft (10 m), but
may vary depending on your operating environment. Also, if a device that uses the same wireless frequency, such as a Wi-Fi router, is near the Soundbar, interference may cause some sound interruption.

Good Sound -- If and When It Works

When I heard this in the store, I thought I had found my wish. NO SUCH LUCK. From the day this was installed, the remote control wouldn't work, I couldn't get it to have a full sound, and my main reason for having a 3.1ch system -- to be able to emphasize voice over background -- didn't function at all. Considering all the frustrations, you should not be surprised to read that I exchanged it for a soundbar from the company that manufactured my TV. Would I recommend this soundbar? Not if you have a Sony TV.

Great system, poor remote quality

My only issue is that the remote came essentially broken right out of the box. The volume button/toggle rarely works to turn volume up. It takes about 5 clicks for the button to respond once. Volume down works fine, and so do the rest of the buttons.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-B650 Soundbar with a dedicated center channel for crystal clear dialogue and wireless subwoofer for rich bass.
You can try adjusting audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPATIVE, DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD.
By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer’s volume between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.
