Great sound and experience!

Thank you for taking a few moments to review the HW-B650 Soundbar.
If the audio from the wireless subwoofer is dropping out intermittently there are a few things to check before performing any troubleshooting:
1) The maximum wireless signal transmission distance is about 33 ft.
2) If there is a wall between the sound bar and the subwoofer it may cause interference or not work at all depending on the material in the wall.
3) If there is a device that uses the same wireless frequency (2.4 GHz) near the Soundbar, interference may cause some sound interruption.
4) Check all the sources on the soundbar. If the audio is dropping while watching TV it could be an issue with the broadcast.

Your soundbar features powerful bass with a 6.5” wireless subwoofer & Adaptive Sound which optimizes the sound based on the content.
You can try adjusting audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing, SURROUND SOUND – BASS BOOST – GAME – ADAPTIVE – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD
You can also press the TONE CONTROL button to adjust TREBLE and BASS.
Press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each of seven frequency bands.
Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

Samsung - HW-B650/ZA 3.1ch Soundbar

I have a hearing disability and having trouble hearing with the 2 channel sound bar. They recommended going with the Samsung 3-channel sound bar, he said, "it would be the difference of night and day". It was a little better but not to that degree of night and day. Disappointed.

Your HW-B650 Soundbar features a powerful bass with a 6.5” wireless subwoofer & Adaptive Sound which optimizes the sound based on the content.
By pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear), you can set the audio function. The desired settings can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons.
AUDIO SYNC - NIGHT MODE ON/OFF - VOICE ENHANCE ON/OFF
AUDIO SYNC
If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, press the (Sound Control) button to select AUDIO SYNC and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons. (Not available in “USB” or “BT” mode.)
NIGHT MODE ON/OFF
This mode is optimized for nighttime viewing with the settings adjusted to bring the volume down but keep the dialog clear.
VOICE ENHANCE ON/OFF
This mode is makes it easier to hear spoken dialog in movies and TV.
The NIGHT MODE, and VOICE ENHANCE audio function can be turned ON/OFF by
using the Up/Down buttons.

Not my dream system

Overall pretty decent quality and build for what I spent. I should have waited and made more of an investment in a more robust system oh well.
