    Sound bar is ok. It's not really loud or what i would expect from a sound bar. I would've went with LG instead.

      Here are some tips to help optimize your soundbar audio performance.
      By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

      Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer’s volume between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

    Not good Blue Tooth

    Nice sound but I have to manually change it back to BT (Blue Tooth) alot. Often times the speakers change to "TV" speakers and want BT instead.Default stays on "TV" but use it in BT mode

      Try these steps below to help you enjoy a better audio experience with your new unit.

      If a previously paired Bluetooth device tries to pair with the Soundbar when the Bluetooth Power On
      function is on and the Soundbar is turned off, the Soundbar turns on automatically.
      1. Press and hold the SOUND MODE button for more than 5 seconds on the remote while the Soundbar is turned on.
      2. “ON-BLUETOOTH POWER” appears on the Soundbar’s display.

      This will allow the Soundbar to power on automatically when you start pairing your device.

    Could be a little louder but it serves the purpose for a small room. At first the sound was not good but after i moved the woofer away from the sound bar everything was fine!

    It’s what you’d expect for a $249 dollar sound bar and sub. Probably would not buy again. Spend $500 and get something better.

    Just wait for black Friday to buy it , its good and really loud it has Bluetooth can connect to it and play music dont need to connect to tv if tv is smart enough fyi

    probably a good item but unable to tell as we are still waiting for a replacement for the defective tv we purchased many weeks ago.

      To pair your device with your Samsung Soundbar, press the Bluetooth PAIR button on the remote to enter “BT PAIRING” mode. On your device, select “[AV] Samsung Soundbar” from the list that appears. When the soundbar is connected to the Bluetooth device, [Bluetooth Device Name]-> “BT” appears in the front display. After you have connected the soundbar to your mobile device the first time, use the “BT READY” mode to reconnect.

    The Soundbar keeps switching to the TV speaker’s every few minutes. It is very annoying.

      Hello DavidW,

      I am sorry to see that you are experiencing this issue with your new Soundbar. There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.

      Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      Next, with the Soundbar on, press the + & - (Volume UP/DOWN) buttons on the body at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.
