Thank you for choosing Samsung. We appreciate your patience while you wait for your replacement TV. In the meantime, please know you can enjoy your Samsung HW-B650 soundbar by connecting to your phone via Bluetooth.
To pair your device with your Samsung Soundbar, press the Bluetooth PAIR button on the remote to enter “BT PAIRING” mode. On your device, select “[AV] Samsung Soundbar” from the list that appears. When the soundbar is connected to the Bluetooth device, [Bluetooth Device Name]-> “BT” appears in the front display. After you have connected the soundbar to your mobile device the first time, use the “BT READY” mode to reconnect.

The ARC Connection to the Samsung QN85BD TV was very easy. The only thing I noticed, when I switched a high speed 3.0 HDMI cable, the sound level had to be increased. Example: with the old 2.0 HDMI cable, I used the sound level at 4-5, and with the new HS HDMI it needs to be at 12-14 to get the same volume output. I've not taken the time to firgure out why.
