Bought this open box, got it for a great price for the bedroom and it sounds great for a budget setup

Easy to set up and operate, quality sound and preformance. Would definatley recomend this system.

The product itself is incredible and a great choice for your TV setup. Sound is crisp and loud, and the sub puts out good sound. If you are buying Open Box, be warned that you may not be receiving everything. I was given the soundbar and subwoofer wrapped individually in bubble wrap. Thankfully, the power cords were included, but I’ve heard of people not receiving cords or even the subwoofer when buying open box. There was no remote included, and I had to buy a 3rd party one. I wish that Best Buy could let you know if things are missing, because buying a refurbished product certainly implies you will be receiving everything included.

My previous experience with using a sound bar was horrible but I am pleasantly surprised with this one. The sound quality is GREAT!

This is so much better than tv speakers. I hate the remote as it's a little confusing. The bass is good and having a center channel is very helpful. I wouldn't look at 2.0 or 2.1 systems unless you are just playing music. Price is excellent for what you get.

Wow! The addition of this soundbar to my main tv is amazing! While it is not some major theatrical sound it also didn't cost over $1000 to achieve great sound. Bought it on sale and very happy with my purchase. Also, setting it up with an HDMi vs. optical made a MAJOR difference.

Great sound bar and need sound improvement over the TV speakers! These are connected to the tv in the bed room and love them! Same sound bar we have for our tv in the living room! Easy to set up! If you are in the market for a sound bar for your Samsung TV without breaking the bank this is it!

This is a really great sounding soundbar. It gave my entertainment room a mivie theater sound effect. Easy to install on wall. I would definitely recommend this soundbar unit.

This system worked perfectly for my needs. My hearing has deteriorated to a point that watching tv anywhere requires assistance for me to hear. This is my second Samsung system and both worked perfectly for about a third the price of competition. Super easy to install and setup.
