    Sound sucks. TV speakers are way better. Wish I could give it zero stars

      I’m sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with the performance of your HW-B750D Soundbar.

      By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

      Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer’s volume between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

    Connectivity issue then Died in a few months...

    Paid $499 summer of 2024 and is $324 seven months later. Advertised as will work with Samsung TVs speakers plus sound bar (Q-Symphony). Worked for a couple months but started losing connection & had to turn off and back on for it to work again. Feb. 2025 and sound bar is dead! If I pay for shipping $$$ they will repair it since it has 12 month warranty. No Thanks, what's to keep it from dying again! Buy something that work's right...

    Worked for two days

    Bought this brand new after a lot of research. Plugged it in and worked straight out of the box with almost no setup. Sound was awesome! But that only lasted two days. Sound is now out of sync. Samsung customer service for hours on end updating firmware, changing settings, cycling power, etc. and nothing has made any difference whatsoever. I will be returning this and I will probably never buy another Samsung audio product again.

      Here is a tip to try and get the audio synced with your tv.

      If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in SOUND CONTROL (looks like a gear), and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
