Pretty average with bad vocal sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this sound bar for close to a year now and must admit I am underwhelmed with the performance. I thought this would be an upgrade from my more budget model, but not seeing any enhancements to justify the price point. My biggest issues are the vocal dialog is super quite compared to other sound and also connection drops and constantly having to re-pair with my TV. The product works, I just would not recommend with better options at lower price points.

I can hear things so much better, sound isn't crackling no matter how loud you have it.

I have so many issues with my other soundbar by a different manufacturer and love how this one works seamlessly with the tv.

Such a great purchase and I almost feel like I'm in a movie theater! I will say I wasn't able to connect the speaker Bluetooth to my LG tv for some reason so I opted to use the cord instead.

I was pleased, the remote matched my TV. The sound quality was excellent. No regrets on my purchase, would recommend it to anyone who bought a Samsung TV.

One for my TV and the other for the speaker system, but the system puts out good clear sound.

Thank you for purchasing the new HW-C450 Soundbar, I am sorry to see that you are having difficulty setting up your TV remote with the Soundbar.
If your soundbar is connected to your TV with an optical cable, you can control the volume and mute the soundbar using your Samsung TV's remote.
1) Use the TV remote to navigate to Settings, select Sound, and then select Sound Output on your Samsung TV.
2) Select your Samsung soundbar, and then select Close. Now you can use your TV remote to adjust volume and mute the soundbar. The soundbar should also turn on and off with the TV.
Other manufacturers’ remotes may have to be enabled on your soundbar. First, turn Off the Soundbar. Once powered off, push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “OFF-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”. Please also make sure your speaker settings on the TV are set to External Speaker.
