Thank you for purchasing the new HW-C450 Soundbar. I am glad to see that setting up your new Soundbar was a breeze.
Make sure that there isn't anything blocking the Wireless Subwoofer to your Soundbar. Metal furniture or walls can cause interference with your subwoofer's performance. The maximum range between your subwoofer and Soundbar is roughly 32 feet, so make sure it is not too far away if possible.
