    Purchased at the Outlet, terribly disorganized area where I found this particular item, no one to help, stuff just thrown on shelves without information, without pricing, it was awful and no one there to help customers, terrible and disorganized, and just a mess

    Soundbar is not bad for the price point the only thing is it says if you connect your samsung tv with a optical cable it will connect with your samsung remote , lt doesn't and l had a technical service person install it

      Hi DonaldG,

      Thank you for your purchase and for your feedback on the Samsung remote not properly syncing to your TV and Soundbar. Please try the following:

      Use the TV remote to navigate to Settings, select Sound, and then select Sound Output on your Samsung TV. Select your Samsung Soundbar, and then select Close. Now, you should be able to use your TV remote to adjust the volume and mute the soundbar. The soundbar should also turn on and off with the TV.

      By default, Samsung TV remotes should be able to control Samsung soundbars. If it isn't working, be sure the soundbar is powered on, and then press and hold the WOOFER button up until "ON - TV REMOTE" appears on the display (about 5 seconds). Next, you'll need to choose between connecting with an optical cable or an HDMI cable.
