    Set up was quick and painless. Seamless integration with Samsung TV. Woofer is a little off-sync with the system, but may be due to placement in the room.

      Thank you for purchasing the new HW-C450 Soundbar. I am glad to see that setting up your new Soundbar was a breeze.

      Make sure that there isn't anything blocking the Wireless Subwoofer to your Soundbar. Metal furniture or walls can cause interference with your subwoofer's performance. The maximum range between your subwoofer and Soundbar is roughly 32 feet, so make sure it is not too far away if possible.

      Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8 AM – 12 AM EST, 7 days a week.
