    Our family loves this soundbar. The best part was BestBuys customer service. I ordered a different sound bar as an "open item" and my local store could not find the remote, being that it was the Holidays, the manager without me asking, sold me the brand new in-the-box set for the same price.

    Purchased at the Outlet, terribly disorganized area where I found this particular item, no one to help, stuff just thrown on shelves without information, without pricing, it was awful and no one there to help customers, terrible and disorganized, and just a mess
