The first one we bought stopped working after 24 hours, so no problem, we exchanged it for another one. That one lasted 3 days. Both units just stopped working while watching a baseball game. The tv recognized it, but no sound came out. Tried different HDMI cables and even hooked them up to a newer tv. So we just returned it again and got another brand. We would have been fine with this model if it had worked.

My problem is that played with a Sasung big screen TV there is a split second delay so that the picture and sound are not in sync. It is annoying

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the HW-Q600B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your setup has not been ideal.
If your Samsung TV is from 2020, 2021, or 2022 then it has a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can utilize this feature on your Samsung TV to correct your audio-sync issue.
On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.
You are able to also press on the SOUND CONTROL button on your provided soundbar remote until you see AUDIO SYNC. From there use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the overall sync to help correct any delay.
