    The quality of the sound from the soundbar is topnotch. My problem is that played with a Sasung big screen TV there is a split second delay so that the picture and sound are not in sync. It is annoying

      Hello BobR,

      Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the HW-Q600B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your setup has not been ideal.

      If your Samsung TV is from 2020, 2021, or 2022 then it has a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can utilize this feature on your Samsung TV to correct your audio-sync issue.

      On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.

      You are able to also press on the SOUND CONTROL button on your provided soundbar remote until you see AUDIO SYNC. From there use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the overall sync to help correct any delay.
