Great sound. Stopped working. Twice.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice, clear, well-rounded sound. Easy to set up. The first one we bought stopped working after 24 hours, so no problem, we exchanged it for another one. That one lasted 3 days. Both units just stopped working while watching a baseball game. The tv recognized it, but no sound came out. Tried different HDMI cables and even hooked them up to a newer tv. So we just returned it again and got another brand. We would have been fine with this model if it had worked.

Soundbar and TV not in sync

My problem is that played with a Sasung big screen TV there is a split second delay so that the picture and sound are not in sync. It is annoying

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the HW-Q600B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your setup has not been ideal.
If your Samsung TV is from 2020, 2021, or 2022 then it has a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can utilize this feature on your Samsung TV to correct your audio-sync issue.
On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.
You are able to also press on the SOUND CONTROL button on your provided soundbar remote until you see AUDIO SYNC. From there use the UP/DOWN buttons to adjust the overall sync to help correct any delay.

If you live in an apartment don’t torture your neighbors with this. Volume is hard to regulate. Watch a movie and you can’t here people talking, but any action scene blows your ear drums out. Not good for apartment living.

You can try manually optimizing your audio experience by pressing the SOUND MODE button to select the desired pre-equalized sound setting. The choices are SURROUND SOUND – GAME – ADAPTIVE SOUND – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD.
To control the volume of the treble or bass press the TONE CONTROL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons on your soundbar remote.
If you are needing more dialogue, you can press the CH LEVEL button on your soundbar remote until you see CENTER LEVEL. Next use the UP/DOWN buttons on your remote to adjust the center channel (where the dialogue is played through) between -6 to +6.
Try using NIGHT MODE, press the SOUND CONTROL button until you see NIGHT MODE scroll across the LED display. This mode is optimized for nighttime viewing with the settings adjust to bring down the overall volume, but keeping the dialogue clear and easy to hear.
If you are wanting an easier way to regular your volume, use ADAPTIVE SOUND instead by pressing the SOUND MODE button. This will analyze the content in real time and automatically provide an optimal sound experience based on what you are watching.
