I’ve been more than satisfied with this bar. When you can catch this bar on sale it is by FAR the best value Atmos bar on the market. Combine that with a Samsung TV that supports Q-Symphony and you can’t go wrong.

He was very knowledgeable about all things electronics. He gave my wife and I the full run down as it relates to the tv we purchased, and gave us a demo of how this sound bar would sound with it. Needless to say we were blown away. There was nothing to stop us from purchasing it right then and there. We have binged multiple movie genres since then, and have been nothing short of highly impressed by the sound quality. I highly recommend purchasing this sound bar. I'm super glad we did.

Geek squad out seversl times still only works couple of weeks and disconnects. Moving to next step. Only worked 3 times since brought never more than 3 weeks.

Subwoofer constantly cuts out every few minutes, even paired via hdmi e-arc, to a samsung tv. Tried re-pairing, firmware update, but still happens. Past return date, as its been 6 months

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While i do like the actual audio quality there are issues with the controls on this model. 1) the remote conflicts with the tv controls, I'm not sure if this is because i have a Samsung tv, but the volume can only be changed via the bar or the tv remote and 2) i have zero access to the bass speaker for the same reason the remote seems to conflict. 3) the control instructions are extremely bare, even after googling and calling Samsung tech help center.

As long as your soundbar is connected to your TV with either an optical cable or HDMI via ARC, you can control the volume and mute the soundbar using your Samsung TV's remote. The soundbar should also turn on and off with the TV.
TV remotes have to be enabled on your soundbar. By default, Samsung TV remotes are enabled on your soundbar. If it isn't working, be sure the soundbar is powered on, then press and hold the WOOFER button up until ON - TV REMOTE appears on the display (about 5 seconds).
