Not Compatible with the add-on Wireless Surrounds

One of the most significant issues with this soundbar is its sound quality. Despite its 3.1.2 channel setup and Dolby Atmos / DTS:X features, the audio lacks clarity and depth. The bass is weak and underwhelming, and the overall sound can feel muddled and indistinct. There are likely better options available for those looking to upgrade their home audio system.

The HW-Q600B Soundbar is compatible with the SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit.
You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND MODE button to select the desired pre-equalized sound setting. The choices are SURROUND SOUND – GAME – ADAPTIVE SOUND – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD.
Try the different Sound Modes for increased range, clarity, and depth of sound.
To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)
Press the CH LEVEL button on the provided Soundbar remote to adjust the volume of either the CENTER or TOP channels. CENTER LEVEL or TOP LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6.

On Sunday night, the arc stopped working. I played with it, went through all the on line remedies, to no avail, lost patience. I returned Tuesday.

Was told by Best buy to send it to Samsung for a fix. I got it back, Samsung said its fixed but it still won't turn on. Best buy wouldn't take it back or exchange it so now I'm stuck with an expensive paperweight

This soundbar features a powerful wireless subwoofer, as well as Game Pro Mode, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS Digital Surround for deep bass, rich sound, and clear tones.
You can optimize audio performance for your specific content by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear symbol).
