    Great ATMOS soundbar,

    This a sleek but also very good sounding soundbar. It has ATMOS but lacks app integration and auto calibration. I like that it can be turned on via bluetooth with paired device without turning on the tv. Sounds for both movies and music is superb especially with ATMOS content.

    Hello there. I have a problem with this product that I had purchased. The sound bar often turns off & does not respond for the remote to get powered on. Wanted to get this replaced.

    Highly disappointed, came from Vizio TV & Soundbar, when TV died, got new Samsung TV & Soundbar, quality of sound is a 3 compared to the Vizio being a 10, honestly can't tell much difference from TV speakers to Soundbar speakers, also didn't realize return window was only 15 days

      I am sorry to see that you are not completely happy with your new HW-Q600B Soundbar!

      You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND MODE button to select the desired pre-equalized sound setting. The choices are SURROUND SOUND – GAME – ADAPTIVE SOUND – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD.

      To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. This allows you to fine-tune your audio experience manually. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

      Press the CH LEVEL button so you can adjust the volume of each speaker. CENTER LEVEL or TOP LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6.

    This unit lasted less than 8 months. One day it just refused to turn on. I initially was pleased with Samsung support which agreed to repair it under warranty. They had it sent to their independent repair center. The repair center informed me it had water/oil damage which is a joke. The unit was in perfect condition. I suspect that this is how warranty works so they do not have to stand behind their product. This experience has made me not want to buy any Samsung product ever again. My recommendation is to avoid this product. I am very disappointed.

    I have ordered this item and best buy delivered a totally different item - a used speaker on final sale. Wrong item! I cancelled this order instead and it's been over 6 months now I'm still waiting for refund. I called BestBuy support several times and no one seems to be able to provide satisfactory service. They said the refund should be credited but... now I dont really know what to do. Regret buying from Best Buy, very lousy customer service.

    mighty sound system brings a whole new feel to.watching movies. Adaptive sound takes you from news to regular TV shows and then you can add surround to get the full effect of action movies
