If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in SOUND CONTROL (looks like a gear), and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
If you are using a 2020, 2021, or 2022 Samsung TV then you will have have a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can utilize this feature on your Samsung TV to correct your audio-sync issue.
On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.

Stay away from Samsung soundbars!!

Reached out to Samsung support and was told I must have did something wrong and broke it. A quick Google search will show that Samsung bricks their sound bars with poor firmware updates then tells you to kick rocks and buy another one. Horrible customer service.

It arrived looking ok, but the subwoofer never worked. The Geek Squad came out and determined something in Soundbar was not allowing the subwoofer to connect (wireless). The soundbar sounds great, but will have to return it.

It sounds great with both the tv speakers and the sound bar working together. The only gripe I have is when watching a new movie I notice the mid range was not enough and I couldn’t really hear what the people were saying sometimes. The explosions and everything else was great but i think it still needs some tweaking.

I'm glad to see that you are loving your overall audio experience.
You can optimize your audio experience by holding the SOUND CONTROL button for roughly 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.) This will allow you to fine-tune your overall experience.
To increase the dialogue, use the CH LEVEL button and increase the CENTER LEVEL using the UP/DOWN buttons on your provided soundbar remote.
To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

The first one we bought stopped working after 24 hours, so no problem, we exchanged it for another one. That one lasted 3 days. Both units just stopped working while watching a baseball game. The tv recognized it, but no sound came out. Tried different HDMI cables and even hooked them up to a newer tv. So we just returned it again and got another brand. We would have been fine with this model if it had worked.
