Incredible sound until there's no sound...

I got one a couple days ago and out of the box I dealt with an annoying issue. There was a constant static noise coming out of the top two atmos speakers whenever content was paused. Whenever I paused a video, there would be a constant faint static/hissing noise. This also happened with other inputs such as Optical, Bluetooth, etc. Imagine playing music and when everytime a song ended, there was a static noise between songs... annoying! I troubleshooted and changed settings, even tried connecting to another TV/power source and seemed to make no difference. I returned it and plan to buy another one. I hope this was just a fault of that particular unit. Other than that annoyance, the sound is pretty solid and the bass is deep.

This system does not disappoint. Deep base tones and just a fantastic audio experience all around. Great suggestion by the Best Buy team and I love it.

The blue tooth connection is not as clear or crisp as the wired connection. Wired connection gives more of that traveling/surround sound feel vs blutooth sounds like an amplified tv speaker.
