    I am still getting used to the low bass sounds, but do like that it is easier for us to hear the voices and sounds without turning the volume up so high.

    Since I was finally upgrading to 4k, I had to go for an upgraded sound system too. This system does not disappoint. Deep base tones and just a fantastic audio experience all around. Great suggestion by the Best Buy team and I love it.

    I returned this sound bar because it was too deep (measurement) for my installation, and the color was more gray than black. The sound was good, but the aesthetics not so much.

    All encompassing sound

    This soundbar is fantastic. It fills our living room and makes it easy to hear dialogue from far away. Its small and compact size means its not an eyesore either, just a little long box that provides great volume to your home theater system. Highly recommend.

    Sweet soundbar for the cost blows us away you get that movie theatre quality. It is way down played in store once you tweak it for your home the sound is spectacular.

    Overall, its good, but the sound isn't as bold as I was lead to believe. Q-Symphony isnt all that great either. It is great for dialog though and it does have a decent bass response. Id give it an 80. Ive yet to get Atmos to work. Ah, it was cheap enough though. Just underwhelming.

    Family said we need a soundbar, do not know proper spot for Subwoofer. Otherwise sound can be very loud when raising volume and sound is not hidden. New to soundbar technology as senior citizen.

    Feeling like I was testing soundbars. they would not sync correctly with the Samsung tv. If you have a Samsung ty buy a Samsung soundbar. really. I have a soundbar from every top soundbar maker and they would not sync correctly with a Samsung tv

    Sound good, pass through is a nightmare

    Sound is ok but if you’re using pass through with a ps5 you’ll constantly lose earc connection and have to reset. I’ve been through all troubleshooting. Updated drivers, fiddled with hdmi link settings on my ps5. Doesn’t matter, it will randomly drop the eArc connection and go through the tv speaker instead. I’d recommend avoiding a Samsung soundbar with pass through. If you need pass through because your tv doesn’t have enough hdmis (like my Samsung tv which only has two), best look for a different brand/model. Sound aspect of it is decent, but it’s not gonna sound anything like Dolby atmos. But the bass is awesome, dialogue is crisp. Not many complaints on that end, just hate that every few days I have to reset it and waste 20 minutes of my life searching the internet for solutions.

    Love it so much. I never understood the appeal of sound bars and subwoofers, but this brought me around. It sounds incredible and changes the experience of watching a movie completely

    At first I didn't like it . The sound was not good at all . Then my neighbor came over and connected it the right way. Now my man cave is filled with thunderous sound. Good quality for the price.

    Got this soundbar to replace my 7 year old samsung soundbar, I couldn't believe the differencein quality. Q symphony matched with a samsung OLED TV is the perfect home theater experience.

      Hello Mohamad,

      We appreciate you taking a moment to review the HW-Q600C Soundbar.

      First, please check that you have positioned the soundbar correctly. It has come to our attention that customers may be positioning the soundbar incorrectly, resulting in poor sound quality. The soundbar should be placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on Samsung.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor (facing you when you sit), you will experience muffled or low-quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

      To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

      Press the CH LEVEL button so you can adjust the volume of each speaker. CENTER LEVEL or TOP LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6.

      With the optional SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit connected you can adjust the volume by using the provided Soundbar remote. Press CH LEVEL and select REAR LEVEL, then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
