I am sorry to see that you are having issues with your wireless subwoofer. There are steps you can try to troubleshoot your subwoofer.
First I would do a soft reset on your soundbar system, unplug both the soundbar and subwoofer for roughly 30 seconds before plugging them back in. Look at the back of your subwoofer, if the indicator light is a SOLID BLUE LED then try watching a show/movie and see how your bass sounds.
If the light is blinking blue, or a solid red then you'll need to manually connect your subwoofer again.
Make sure that the soundbar and subwoofer are plugged in and ON.
1. Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds.
• The red indicator on the rear of the subwoofer turns off and the blue indicator blinks.
2. Press and hold the Up button on the remote control for at least 5 seconds.
• The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it
disappears.
• The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete.
3. Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete).
Again, try to watch something and see how your subwoofer plays, if you are still noticing issues, then try doing a hard reset.
With the soundbar powered ON, press and hold the + & - (Volume UP/DOWN) buttons for roughly 5 seconds. You will see "INIT OK" scroll across the LED display on your soundbar, then it will power off and back on.

The Sound bar wouldn’t turn on without powering down and powering up again exchanged it and when I did, so it was missing the remote, which took me about five phone calls, switching from different departments each time before it got any resolution

I researched this product before buying it, and the customer service rep and Beat Buy confirmed it would support Q Symphony. I had Beat Buy deliver the TV to my house and set everything up to ensure it was done properly.. The results have been disappointing and I actually think the TV speakers are better than the sound bar. The Q Symphony is not very good at all. I may ask Best a buy to come back to my house to check the set up to see if the sound can be improved, or it may just return to sound bar. I would not recommend this product.

Horrible quality

It then stopped working all together. Would not work with Bluetooth or wired connection. I have since returned it for a different one but that one also stopped working.

I’m not happy with the purchase. When I turn the TV power on I get no volumn until I use a separate remote (surround sound remote).
