ARC stopped working.

I have reset the TV and the sound bar, Tried 3 HDMI cables and made sure AnyConnect is on (CEC) but nothing works. I ended up having to use a Bluetooth connection to get sound to work.

I don't understand why they sell something like that. I spent an hour driving to pick it up, and another half hour the next day to return it. Waste of time.

Worked for a day and then stopped working. It would connect to devices but play no sound. Returned the 1st one because of this. Exchanged it for the same one. Same thing with the 2nd one, only this time the remote stopped working and couldnt even shut the sound bar off! Contacted Samsung, and their response was to send it to a technician for repair. Always went with Samsung, but now Im second guessing their quality.
