Most of the sound traveled up and not at you. Then the subwoofer had trouble connecting/staying connected to the soundbar which itself was basically useless. Luckily I was able to get my money back.

It eventually stopped working entirely over optical. I tested multiple cables and input sources so confident this unit is at fault. Waste of money.

Got a replacement a few days later, same brand and series, stopped working the same day. Someone with Best Bay came to the house and verified that it was a bad soundbar once again. Now have a different brand soundbar and having no further issues. Very frustrating.
