Don't waste your money

I have used it now for 7 months and it has stopped working. I'm not technically inclined so I am just happy its still under warranty, and hopefully they can fix it or give me one that works. I would not actually recommend this even if it hadn't stopped functioning; the sound quality is poor and for the price I imagine there are better sound bars out there.

Open box isnt a good choice to buy

Subwoofer would not link to the soundbar

Tried to link the subwoofer countless times using both the instructions from Samsung as well as YouTube "hacks". Tried Samsung customer service...an absolute waste of nearly an hour. Finally Samsung customer service suggested that I return it to BestBuy for a refund, which I have done. Apparently, this issue is a fairly common complaint.

All seem to be defective, don’t waste your money

We’ve had it for not even one night and the sound bar and bass has already gone out. All of them seem to be defective based on reviews, don’t waste your money.

Looks great but doesnt work.

I tried all troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. So now i am spending another $100 gor someone ftom Bestbuy to vome to my house to try and fix it. Oh and there is an 8 hour window for when they show up. Needless to say i am not happy with my purchase right now.

Mine sounded great, until it started cutting out sound from time to time. I called Samsung support, they had me do a factory reset, and it no longer puts out ANY sound! And it's not me, not being able to figure it out, many other customers having the same problem.

Poor Service/low quality

Great for a few hours.

It lasted 6 hours and died. Picked up the replacement and it lasted two hours and headed back to BB again to return. I dont think im going to stick with a Samsung anymore.

Samsung Q60B

Returned the item to the store for an exchange. The exchanged Samsung Q60B, was unable to sync that one as well. Returned it to the store for the technician to see if he could get it synced, no joy there. So I Returned the item.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the HW-Q60B Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND MODE button to select the desired pre-equalized sound setting. The choices are SURROUND SOUND – GAME – ADAPTIVE SOUND – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD.
To control the volume of the treble or bass press the TONE CONTROL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons on your soundbar remote.
Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)
If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select AUDIO SYNC in Sound Control, and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
With the Surround Speakers connected, select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
