    Stopped working after two days. We were watching a movie and then no audio. I changed inputs on the bar and also tried a different audio source. Nothing worked. Went with a JBL sound bar and haven’t looked back.

    Big Punch In A Medium Package: so for its size it is amazing, we set this up with our 55" in the office and not only is it loud and of great sound quality, but when watching a movie the surround sound really sounds like a 5 in one system with speakers above you and behind, its amazing how they accomplish that from a single sound bar. The woofer packs a serious bass punch as well, really makes the booms and explosions in movies like you can feel them. So it was a little tricky getting everything to sync up (for some reason I can't get my T.V.'s remote to control the volume but I'm still working on that) but once that's accomplished everything runs smooths, especially streaming music from our phone, which works flawlessly. At night a quick adjustment on the remote to Night Mode and it quiets down the bass so it won't disturb others. And speaking parts come clearly out of the center in the sound bar so we catch every word said. Take a tip: use You Tube for their video set up instructions, it makes it so much easier, and use the provided HDMI cable to connect to the T.V., that was also so much easier. We definitely recommend this sound bar and bass system.

      Other manufacturer’s remotes may have to be enabled on your soundbar. First, turn Off the Soundbar. Once powered off, push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “OFF-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”. Please also make sure your speaker settings on the TV are set to External Speaker.

    Almost 7 months with sound bar and subwoofer and the right side speakers of the sound bar stopped working

    I should have listened to the other reviews. It worked great for an hour and then disconnected. I couldn't get it to work after a couple hours of troubleshooting.

    Quit working on the same day it was installed. Geek squad checked it but couldn’t make it work either. Returned for replacement. Really would like to give no stars.
