    Stopped working. Returned and got replacement and the replacement stopped working as well.

    I give 3 stars due to the fact of having to set up hard wired and not Bluetooth which my Toshiba Fire TV is capable of doing it worked fine the first try but after that would not reconnect and the other reason was due to the fact of having to go online to find instructions on how to reset the bar to were it would accept the sub woofer once that was done it worked fine....... Sounds awesome for a 3.1 channel system even with it still disconnecting when TV is turned on and being hard wired to the TV correctly love the ability of being able to set up the remote to control the TV also but mine won't even though the code to do so is shown on the TV but hey the TV remote works it lol... which has surprised me to no end... The set up was easy once I found the instructions on-line as the instruction that come with it are smaller than reading the fine print on a contract lol just an example on the sound from it I would recommend first movie to watch Top Gun for the sub woofer followed up by Top Gun Maverick.. I honestly didn't think I had the volume turned up on the Sub woofer but as soon as the first sound from Top Gun hit I jumped and turned it down sounded almost like I was sitting at the movies!!! So all in all I would have given 5 stars for it but the fact of the small problems made me give a 3 as for recommending it to friends and family Yes I would and already have to a couple of friends

    I enjoy rhe soundbar very much. As a person who knows audio the quality is good, of course theres a few flaws but none noticable enough to say it was not worth it. Mind you, I did buy it wirh many gift cards which lowered the price significantly. I got this bar for my bedroom and do not regret the purchase. It doesn’t emulate a full surround sound system but again that wasn’t what I expected. Overall a good purchase.

    Good sound but too many presets that can't be adjusted. Only in Standard Mode can you use the equalizer and the Surround mode is nt immersive at all. But anything sounds better than the speakers the put in new tvs!

    This sound bar is amazing! I had issues at the beginning because the software for the equipment was outdated and it could not download the update wirelessly. Samsung customer support was able to walk me through the process on how to obtain and upload the correct version. Once I did that, the sound bar worked normally.

    The equipment might be OK but my concern is that I was given very minimal instruction or information on usage, how I might want to adjust, what I DON'T want to adjust. The sound is constantly switching between External Speakers (soundbar) and TV speakers. Is that normal? When does it do it? Why does it do it? When I change from Channels to HDMI1 (Apple TV), it switches to HDMI3. Why? These could be very normal questions that the BB Tech should have explained. Also my first experience when the Tech did not go out of their way to review the puchased products.

    Straight out of the box & remote won't work!

    After 9 years, my original Samsung soundbar died so I purchased this soundbar. It was delivered yesterday, and The Geek Squad came out today to install. Sounds good BUT, the remote won't turn the soundbar on, only turns if off!!! I have to unplug and re-plug in the cable on the back of the soundbar to turn it on!! Not Happy!!!
