Samsung service and support is horrendous.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would not recommend Samsung products. The warranty is worthless since they will not replace a broken product after 6 weeks of use. They make you wait and let them throw parts at it. In the meantime, you’re without your electronics. Posted .Hello WilliamB,
Thank you for your review of Samsung’s HW-Q850D Soundbar. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with Support.
Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet, Auto Update allows software to update automatically even when the Soundbar is turned off. You can also update by using the SmartThings app.
If not connected to the internet, you can download it onto a USB device, and then upload it to your soundbar - no wireless connection required. Connect the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar.
1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper left corner.
2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model
2. Download the firmware file (USB type).
3. Unzip the file to create a folder with the file name.
4. Store the created folder in a USB and then connect it to the Soundbar.
5. A sequence of “UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON” will appear on the display 3 times. This will take around 6 minutes.
- During update, do not turn it off or remove the USB.
- If “UPDATE” does not appear on the display window, remove the power cord from the Soundbar and then reconnect it.
- When the latest version is installed, no update is performed.
- Depending on the USB type, update may not be supported.
6. After the 3 cycles are complete, the Soundbar will restart and last source used will appear on the display for about 20 seconds and then it will go off (“UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON”) 3 times “D.IN” > off
Samsung is committed to providing the best possible product experience, quality, and value. We back this Samsung Soundbar with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defect, if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller.

Beast
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung always comes through. They never miss when it comes to televisions and sound bars. This one is no exception. The sound bar is uniquely made with a trapezoid type shape. Also it is very sturdy and tough. Speakers in the front and the side. Unusually long too but not a problem at all. I used hdmi to make the connection to the tv. I’ll start by stating what I like and then what I didn’t like about the sound bar. First of all the most important thing which is the sound. Amazing! Crisp and crystal clear. The included satellite speakers makes me feel like I’m in the middle of whatever I’m watching. Settings allow you to adjust the center speaker and rear speakers to your liking. And the subwoofer! The subwoofer is gigantic. It delivers base like no other system I’ve ever had. You can also adjust the level of the subwoofer separately so that you don’t bust your speaker. I don’t like the small screen on the sound bar. As long as the bar is one would think the screen would be longer. You actually have to wait for words to scroll because the screen isn’t long enough. Not sure what Samsung was thinking with that. The real estate is there but they chose not to use it. This is probably the worst thing about the sound bar. The other thing is the included Bluetooth module that connects the satellite speakers. I know Samsung was trying to eliminate the need to connect the surround speakers to the sound bar but having to connect the speakers to the module with speaker wires is a problem. It allows you more flexibility when it comes to the placement of the module and speakers but no flexibility by being connected by wires. I think I would rather connect the surround speakers directly to the sound bar or they should have been wireless like the subwoofer. Nevertheless, I’m still giving this sound bar a high rating because the sound is perfect. I’ll just have to deal with the minor things that I dislike. Yes even with the setbacks this sound bar is worth it. (The instructions to connect the module could have been better. It took a couple of tries to actually connect). I would still recommend this sound bar to anyone.

Excellent Sound System
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Q-series 7.1.2 ch. Wireless Dolby ATMOS Soundbar plus Rear Speakers with Q-Symphony is an excellent system that includes a soundbar, a subwoofer, 2 rear speakers, and a rear speaker wireless module. It is even better when paired with a Samsung TV from 2020-2024. That allows the Q-Symphony technology included with this sound system to be utilized. Q-Symphony will pair the sound system with the Samsung TV so that the TV speakers can be used to produce 7.1.2 channel Dolby Atmos sound. I have such a TV, and the technology worked with a simple setup. The sound quality was awesome. But, even if you don't have a qualifying Samsung TV, this sound system would still be worth it. Out of the box, it comes with the soundbar, subwoofer, rear speakers, rear speaker wireless module, HDMI cable, wall mount kit, a rubber foot, and the remote control w/ batteries. The whole system combined weighs about 37 lbs. and is constructed in a way that feels very solid. Some dimensions in inches: the soundbar is 43.7 long, 2.3 tall, and 4.7 deep; the subwoofer is 8.2 wide, 15.8 tall, and 15.8 deep; the rear speakers individually are 3.4 wide, 3.4 deep, 5.7 tall, and weighs 2.6 lbs; and the rear speaker module is 1.9 wide, 7.9 tall, and 5.1 deep, and weighs 1.5 lbs. Setup was very quick. It turns out the included HDMI cord is completely optional as the sound system can connect wirelessly with Wireless Dolby Atmos. The wireless rear speaker module paired with the soundbar flawlessly, and the whole system connected with my Samsung TV quickly. The sound system does work with popular voice assistants, such as Alexa, Bixby, and Google, as well as smart services such as Chromecast, Airplay, and Tidal. The Q-Symphony isn't the only tech the sound system has; it also uses a feature called SpaceFit Sound Pro which will optimize the audio being produced by the sound system to the room that it sits in. This is where it is nice that the soundbar has up-firing speakers which direct some sound toward the ceiling so that when the sound rebounds towards your ear it sounds like there are ceiling speakers. The system does have 4K pass-through which will pass HDCP 2.2 video at 60Hz. As far as Dolby audio formats, the sound system has Dolby ATMOS Dolby TrueHD and Dolby Digital Plus. For DTS audio formats, the sound system has DTS:X DTS-HD HRA DTS-HD MA and DTS Express DTS 5.1 channel. As I mentioned early, it is awesome to experience the Wireless Dolby Atmos with no associated A/V cords. I watched a 4K movie with the sound system, and it was the best speaker sound experience I have ever experienced. Sound and speech were separately clear, the sound felt like it was coming from everywhere, and it was easy to tweak the sound system to get the sound coming out perfectly for what I wanted. I also used the sound system while playing a PS5, and it was equally incredible with games. Chat was clear, but I could also hear every detail of the FPS I was playing. Later I listened to some orchestra music from YouTube and it sounded crystal clear. I was blown away by how easy it was to setup, tune, and enjoy this amazing system. I would recommend the Q-series 7.1.2 ch. Wireless Dolby ATMOS Soundbar plus Rear Speakers with Q-Symphony for any room setup and for any TV, even if it isn't a Samsung TV. The sound that you will hear when watching your next show or playing your next game will be amazing.

Posted .Hi IraF,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with the performance of the rear speakers and subwoofer of your HW-Q850D soundbar.
By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1) Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not capable of surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2) If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote.
3) Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
4) Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the CH LEVEL button on the Soundbar remote control. Press the button on the soundbar remote, then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
1. Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the level between -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
2. Adjust the bass control by pressing the TONE CONTROL button on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

No fuss, high quality sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't think it's controversial to point out that most TV speakers these days are subpar. As sleek and functional as thin flatscreen TVs may be, it just doesn't leave much space for decent sound systems. In my opinion this has made soundbars more or less obligatory. Unfortunately finding a good one can be a bit trying, given the sheer amount of variety there is. With this soundbar, Samsung seems to have adopted a fairly straightforward solution to that issue: just build one with everything. Inside the massive box this system ships you will find the rather solid soundbar containing speakers for seven separate audio channels, a massive subwoofer, and two rear satellites meant to be wired into a dedicated receiver. Setup is very straightforward by the standards of surround sound systems, with only three power cords and two speaker lines needing to be routed around your space. In total it took me about an hour, most of which was spent shifting furniture and figuring out good ways to hide the wiring. Technically I could have called it done at that point, but I decided to spend another half hour or so getting it registered in the Samsung SmartThings app so I could install firmware updates and control volume with my smartwatch. Once that was done though, I found myself ready to go. Once that was done my initial assessment of the audio was "Wow, there sure is a lot of it." I'm pretty used to surround sound at this point but even I was pretty surprised by how much seven surround channels, two overhead, and the subwoofer can combine to completely fill your average living room. Once I was over that initial surprise though, I found myself very pleased. Default audio quality is exceptional (though perhaps leaning a little further into the bass than I prefer) and the surround effect is very convincing. Given that four of the channels are virtual - relying on sound being bounced off of your ceiling and walls to simulate a speaker there - I was quite pleased by this. Though it did highlight one potential weakness to the design. My TV is flanked on either side by bookshelves, with the soundbar sitting on a TV stand beneath it. I'm used to being able to put the soundbar near the back, leaving most of the case free for some small decorations. Unfortunately doing that meant that the angled side channels were firing directly into the bookcases rather than bouncing the sound off of the walls, requiring me to pull it further to the front. And even after doing that I found the effect is definitely a bit less convincing on the left side, where the wall is much further away. Manual adjustments helped a little, but I think my asymmetrical room layout is probably just fundamentally problematic for this kind of system. Fortunately the remaining channels are enough to make up for that - after spending a few days I stopped noticing the difference unless I was specifically looking for it. Beyond the usual equalizer and balance adjustments, the soundbar has a few other features aimed to improve your audio experience including two different options for dialog enhancement. Personally I can't say I'm a huge fan of these features, as I feel audio quality gets noticeably worse when they're engaged, but friends of mine who usually have trouble hearing people speak in shows swear that it made the experience significantly better so clearly your mileage may vary. There's also options for simulated surround and private listening (where only the two rear channels are activated). The simulated surround is pretty typical, which is to say that it feels like sound comes from everywhere and nowhere all at the same time, and the private listening mode is definitely nice to have if you're up later than everyone else in the house. Overall, this is a pretty easy recommendation for a home theater setup. It's got tons of volume, great surround, and doesn't require running wires through drywall. Probably a bit harder to recommend for people in smaller spaces though unless you are REALLY into feeling the sound of explosions rumble in your chest, as it leans very much into overkill territory when it comes to total volume.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with the performance of your HW-Q850D Soundbar.
To improve your audio experience, the HW-Q850C features a wide range of sound modes and settings allowing you to fine tune the sound to your liking. Pressing the SOUND CONTROL button on your remote allows you to select the desired sound effect. You can select Spacefit sound, AVA, Voice Enhance mode, Night mode, Sync, Surround speaker mode, and Virtual. The desired item can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons.
Alternatively, with the sound mode set to standard, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
By pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the UP/DOWN buttons to change the levels between -6 to +6.
To control the volume of each speaker, press the CH LEVEL button on the provided remote. Then select CENTER LEVEL, SIDE LEVEL, WIDE LEVEL, FRONT TOP LEVEL, or REAR LEVEL. Once you find the channel you are looking for, adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
I hope these tips help you further enjoy the experience from your new Samsung Soundbar.

Amazing sound, helpful features, wireless!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the box you get the soundbar, sub woofer, remote, wireless module, power and hdmi cables, 2 surround speakers, speaker cable, and wall mount kit. Set up was very easy due to it being wireless. I didnt think it was necessary until set up and its so much easier and cleaner! No more needing to run super long cables everywhere. Once everything had power and was on the speakers automatically connected. There is a manual way to pair, but wasnt required for me. Complete set up only took about 15 minutes and was ready to go. The remote is very nice with just the necessary buttons. I like the way it has only one button to control the volume by just “rocking” it up and down. There is a feature called “Q Symphony” that will work if connected to a Samsung TV. In my case I was using a Sony OLED. But the sound was still awesome! I was amazed at just how much this sounded like a full 7.1 surround system despite only being a soundbar and 3 speakers. The sound felt like it was traveling if that makes sense. It adds a whole new dimension to movies and shows I had already seen. The sub woofer is very loud, with plenty of boom without and distortion. Highs and mids are crisp, voices clear, and it just overall sounds great. It has plenty of sound modes. I personally prefer the adaptive mode because its smart enough to know the content and adjust the sound accordingly. The only other mode I use is the game mode for gaming. This mode makes it easy to locate things in game and explosions, gunfire, etc. sound amazing. Another really cool feature I have not had in any other system before is called “A.V.A.”. Active voice amplifier. This boosts voice and dialogue if there is room noise. When this was an issue before I use to just turn on subtitles. But this works very well when you have company that just arent paying attention to the TV and want to talk. Overall this is one of the best soundbar/ surround systems Ive ever had. It has perfect sound, several actual helpful features, wireless to avoid cable routing, and of course Samsungs quality. Love it.

Good....but....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on sale at a great price and am very excited. It was bought to pair with a Samsung TV so it should be easy right? Nope. Once upon a time included instructions were just that, Not now. For example, it doesn't say to hook up the HDMI cord only that it is for external devices, Some could assume that was to run a Blu-ray through it. However, it is included and they wouldn't give you anything extra, so you know it must be used in the setup. The problem is really the rear speakers. Their receiver is snyched and has it's blue light. yet neither speaker works. I have pushed the "pair" but on the remote and still nothing. I guess I will eventually figure it out or my 7.1.2 will be a 5.1. IDK. Let's just say I love the parts that work.

Posted .Hello DeeDee,
We appreciate you taking a few moments to review the Samsung HW-Q850D Soundbar.
When powered on for the first time, the rear speakers should automatically connect wirelessly. If the auto-connection process fails, you can try manually connecting the rears to the soundbar.
To set up the wireless rear speaker kit included with the soundbar, first, use the color-coded speaker wires to connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. Plug the wireless receiver module power cord into an electrical outlet and into the wireless receiver module to turn on the wireless receiver module.
Press and hold the ID SET button on the back of the wireless module for at least 5 seconds or until the blue light starts blinking. Turn off your soundbar and press the Up button on the remote for 5 seconds. The ID SET message will appear on the soundbar for a short time and then disappear. After the ID SET process, the soundbar power is automatically turned on. The LINK LED indicator stops blinking and glows a solid blue when a connection is established between the soundbar and the wireless receiver module.

Great speaker with amazing sound!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great soundbar with shattering sound First of all, the built of the sound bar and the surround speakers is just great. Sleek finish and nice matte finish on the top which makes it look elegant when placed on top of a fireplace mantle. I had quite a bit of challenge while connecting to the surround speakers. Followed the instructions manual correctly and it didn’t seem to work. After a bit of research, got it working. The extra sound that the surround speaker is able to produce is amazing. I connected this speaker with my Sony 75 inch tv. The part I am not quite happy about is the fact that the surround speakers need to plugged onto a hub which limits my option to place the speaker in a location I need, for example next to my couch on a stand. Sound from Both sound bar and the speakers are just amazing and had great clarity. The subwoofer is also quite sleek and looks very compact. I placed it right next to the fireplace and it fits my overall theme in the home. Setup is simple to finish and it goes very well with my Sony TV. Remote has quite a bit of buttons, but I tend to use only the most basic ones. Overall an amazing 7.1 from Samsung with surround speakers and I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The ultimate soundbar for superior all-over sound!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having thoroughly explored the Samsung HW-Q850D soundbar, I can confidently affirm that it's a game-changer for home entertainment. The unboxing experience was a delight, with its sleek design and the inclusion of accessories like the HDMI cable and wall mount kit, which made setup a breeze. Connecting it to my Sony TV was a seamless process. The setup was straightforward, with clear instructions and intuitive controls, making it a stress-free experience even for those who are not tech-savvy. The standout feature of the HW-Q850D was undoubtedly its 7.1.2ch Dolby Atmos sound. This technology completely transformed my living room into a dynamic, multidimensional audio space, immersing me deeper into the content on my TV. The wireless Dolby Atmos capability was a game-changer, eliminating cable clutter and delivering superior audio quality. The rear speaker kit enhanced the sound, providing a cinematic experience in the comfort of my home. I am also impressed with its intelligent integration capabilities. The built-in Alexa, Chromecast, Airplay, and more allowed me to control everything with simple voice commands, enhancing the convenience and flexibility of my entertainment setup. For instance, I could easily switch between different streaming services or adjust the volume without reaching for the remote. The SpaceFit Sound Pro feature was a standout, automatically adjusting the sound to my room's acoustics for optimal performance, enhancing my viewing experience. The Game Mode Pro enhanced the gaming experience with powerful up-firing speakers and 3D-optimized sound, especially during intense gameplay sessions on my PS5. On the other hand, while the Adaptive Sound feature improved dialogue clarity, there were moments when it struggled to distinguish voices from background noise effectively. For me, the Samsung HW-Q850D is a top-tier audio solution that elevates my home entertainment. With its immersive Dolby Atmos sound, intelligent integration, and thoughtful features like SpaceFit Sound Pro, it's a must-have for my home theater.

Nice 7.1.2ch soundbar system
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung HW-Q850D BestBuy Exclusive 7.1.2ch Dolby ATMOS Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Rear Speakers w/ Q Symphony The Samsung HW-Q850D is a nice 7.1.2ch soundbar system with a amplifier rated at 200W output. To get the full potential of this system you can pair this with a 2020-2024 Samsung TV this allows for the Q Symphony integration. Q-Symphony is Samsung's high-end audio technology that allows compatible TVs and soundbars to play sound at the same time in sync. Simply put, instead of muting your TV speakers, this feature lets your soundbar use them to facilitate an enhanced surround sound experience. In most modern TVs, speakers are at the back of the screen. But in Q-Symphony-enabled TVs, the speakers are placed on the top corners. When these are paired with your soundbar, the result is a more immersive audio experience. So, don’t be scared away if you don’t have a Samsung TV that can take advantage of the Q Symphony – you just loose the sync capability with the TV’s speakers. This unit works well using standard HDMI 2.0 connections ( HDMI and HDMI ARC and a HDMI output). You can also use digital audio in (optical), Bluetooth and WiFi. So, don’t be scared away if you don’t have a Samsung TV that can take advantage of the Q Symphony. Game Mode Pro works well with gaming consoles and gives good gaming sounds plus 3D optimized sound. I tested this on a PS5 and it worked quite emersively when I chose to use the system instead of headphones. The 7.1.2ch True Dolby Atmos sound allows you to fill the room with captivation sound without the need for a full AV receiver system. This sound bar supports Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD and Surround Sound. I found certain movies are not optimized for conversion of sound to a home speaker systems especially putting voice at a lower volume then music or sound effects. The intelligently optimized audio makes up for this and allows you to hear voices better, even at low volume. The Active Voice Analyzer gives this feature an additional boost since it breaks down room noise and optimizes onscreen voices. SpacceFit Sound Pro calibrates the unit to the space and environment in the room that you have the unit and automatically optimizes the audio accordingly. This is good for people that hate to use a tone generator with a lot of repositioning and Q&A to get optimum sound. The surround speakers hook to a module that is plugged into an outlet for power then are hooked up by wires to the two surround speakers. It works and eliminates not having to recharge or directly plug in the two speakers to power. You can also use Alexa1, chromecast2, Airplay 23, and gaming hub and gaming consoles Xbox X and PlayStation5 A couple of disappointments: One is that it doesn’t have HDMI 2.1 which is surprising since this is the current level of HDMI. The instruction sheet makes things look more complicated than it truly is to set things up and has some blatant typos. Also I don't know if they will have a manual on their web page but at this point Samsung only has a genetic manual available there. Though it has a wireless surround speaker set up it doesn’t have a wireless Subwoofer. The Surround speakers hook to a wireless module with wires making the placement a little more clunky than it needs to be. This unit has great sound and isn’t a disappointment plus if you have the correct Samsung TV you get some added benefits by not just having the TV’s speakers turned off or out of sync with the sound system.

Soundbar using Samsung app big help for settings

Best result, use the SmartThings app from Samsung where you can control all the functions with a well-described menu. I have mine set with an older non eARC ARC TV to run over the air va digital audio cable from TV to soundbar, and the HDMI in for my Chromecast for streaming content. I used the supplied eARC HDMI cable from soundbar back to TV. Took awhile to figure this out but now works great. An interesting issue I initially had with the rear speakers was that, using the pre-stripped wiring and the rear speaker inputs, I had shoved the wire in so far it was contacting on the wire insulation and NOT the wire itself! Saying all this, I am now pleased with the purchase. The subwoofer strength and controls are great, the rear speakers are subtle but very much there and I'm hearing dialogue and separation much more clearly than my previous 5.1 with wired speakers and separate amplifier. Once you have it set up right, it works great, the subwoofer in particular a real revelation. I know I'd have even more success starting out with a newer Samsung TV, but this worked with a 2009 Toshiba TV to the point I don't see a need for a new TV right now! Look to ChatGPT for answers to your very specific questions and it will guide you better than Samsung web searches.

Best surround speaker system for the price!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good speaker setup. Amazingly deep bass and surround sound. Setup instructions were less than desirable but it’s not too difficult to figure it out. NOTE for rear speakers! Make sure you have ‘wire to clamp’ connection! There’s a clear layer in plastic wire insulation which is difficult to see at first. The metal wire must contact the clamp otherwise ……no sound from rears.

Perfect sound and clarity in my ears
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Samsung HW-Q850D is a premium powerful soundbar that delivers a truly immersive audio experience, especially for those who have a newer Samsung TV and provides extra immersion (Q-Symphony) and dynamic sound. I own an LG TV from 2018, so I was not able to take advantage of those features, but with that being said, I am truly impressed with this system. Featuring wireless Dolby Atmos technologies, this soundbar creates a three-dimensional soundstage that brings movies, music, and games to life all without cables running across your room. One of my favorite features of the HW-Q850D is its impressive audio performance. With 7.1.2 channels and a total power output of 480 watts, this soundbar delivers clear, detailed sound with deep, impactful bass. Whether you're watching a movie, gaming, or listening to music, the HW-Q850T provides an immersive listening experience that truly enhances the overall entertainment experience and the Game Mode Pro really make my gaming sessions pop in the audio department. Another highlight of the HW-Q850T is its design. The soundbar itself is sleek and modern, with a minimalist design that will add a touch of class to your living room. The wireless subwoofer is also easy to place in an out of the way spot in your room, and the rear wireless speakers are connected to wires but only to a box that connects wirelessly to the soundbar rounding out the system. In terms of connectivity, the HW-Q850T has you covered. It features Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to wirelessly stream music from your smartphone or tablet. It also has HDMI input and output ports, as well as an optical input, giving you plenty of options for connecting your audio sources and also works with Google, Alexa and Bixby. Overall, the Samsung Q-symphony HW-850D is a premium soundbar that delivers exceptional audio performance and seamless integration with Samsung QLED TVs, but not leaving behind other brands as well. I really look forward to watching movies and shows more than ever now and whether you're a movie buff, a gamer, or a music lover, this soundbar will take your home entertainment experience to the next level and you can’t go wrong with a system such as this.
