Sound quality is good, rear speakers are nice feature, and more for the distance sounds such as rain, doors shutting, and sound efx. Not the best for overall sound quality with treble/mid/bass(rear speakers) good system. I have a 55inch TV, and appproximatley 12 feet away.

I was lucky to find one, this was the best purchase ever. The subwoofer will make your house shake, no joke. When paired up with a samsung tv the sound is incredible. With this system YOU WILL GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR!

The connectivity is reliable and consistent. The full, balanced sound quality of soundbar is exceptional. The surround sound with the woofer, rears and soundbar deliver immersive sound throughout the room.

Previous sound bar had ability to run surround sound test to get best balance for the room and this does not. Also sound volume control for rear speakers is poor and range of sound volume only 1 to 6. Doesn't have ability to get very loud. Weak performance.

Pressing the SOUND CONTROL button on your remote allows you to select the desired sound effect. You can select Spacefit sound, AVA, Voice Enhance mode, Night mode, Sync, Surround speaker mode, and Virtual. The desired item can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons.
Alternatively, with the sound mode set to standard, press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
By pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the UP/DOWN buttons to change the levels between -6 to +6.
With SpaceFit Sound Pro you can get room-filling sound calibrated to your space, with a soundbar that analyzes your environment and automatically optimizes the audio accordingly for an accurate and clear sound. Please make sure that the Soundbars mic is on.

ARC not compatible, sound is meh
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have tried 8 diff 5.1 and 2.1 systems After running 13 different configurations, still no sound from my Toshiba fire tv First one that cannot solve They said to use PCM bah Others have also said they could not get HDMI ARC working with this Samsung soundbar also Reminds me of a Sony, has a special box to connect the surround speakers together so you need 2 AC outlets in the back of the room to plug the LFE and the surround control box? in addition, its using + - red black speaker wires pinch terminals like old school bookshelf speakers lol have it working with optical SPDIF TOSLINK but not the same will be returning by Jan holiday return period

Your device is unable to play the input signal. Change the TV’s audio output to PCM or Dolby Digital. (For a Samsung TV: Home → Settings → Sound → Expert Settings → Digital Output Audio Format).
If your device is connected, but you are not hearing any sound, first make sure that the Mute function is off, and that the volume is not set to minimum.
You will also want to verify that your TV is set to use external speakers & that your soundbar is set to the correct source.
