    Worst experience ever. Went home to find the product was different model and got zero help and was judged by person when I went to return it. He told me it was impossible but I believe the item was returned prior to me and switched and very possible but I was gaslit to believing it could never happen. With all the theft in Albuquerque I don’t doubt it was impossible but I was not helped and disputed with my CC company to be told management lied again that was impossible, another employee told me it happened all the time.

    On my old setup, I had a receiver hooked to speakers. With this hooked to my Samsung TV, I don't need all of that. Much easier, and sounds better than what I had before. Win-win.

    I bought this sound bar primarily because of the exceptional reviews, but after an hour on the phone with Samsung I was ready to return to BestBuy. Instead I called Total tech geek squad and they came out and set it up. The sound is passable but in no way does it approach being worth the money. I believe you could find a better sound bar for half this price.

      I am sorry to hear that your out of box experience has fallen short of your expectations. We completely understand your frustrations and are here to help!

      You can try optimizing audio performance for your specific content by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.

      Additionally, there are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
      1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the level between -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.

      2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Alternatively, to expertly fine tune the settings you can access the built in equalizer. With the sound mode set to standard, Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.

    Meh. It didn't live up to my expectations for the cost. It required a lot of fine tuning to be competitive with other soundbars I tried, and still didn't impress when dialed in. I went with a Sonos surround setup and am thoroughly pleased. No muss no fuss and better sound.

    I ended up revertinf back to the samsung 11.2 channel dolby atmos and once you get ut setup just right at the angles its beautiful..since this laxks rear speakers and you can't add them this is pretty much pointless.

    Great soundbar just damaged in box

    Unfortunately unboxed soundbar and subwoofer and looks as if the subwoofer had been previously dropped as there is damage to one corner of the subwoofer. Other then that playing in Dolby atmos mode sounds great, in q symphony mode I don’t really notice too much of a difference. In Bluetooth mode is where I start to see issues. Sound quality isn’t impressive at all while streaming something from phone. Will play with it a bit and see how I feel later.

    Had to return. The voices were too low, and couldn't adjust them. In order to hear them clearly I had to raise the volume and then it was too loud during action.
