Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q900A Soundbar. Your feedback regarding sync issues and the remote design is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. Pressing it a second time will unmute.
Please refer to pages 9-10 of the of the Full Manual for details on using the remote control including buttons with more than one function.
You can download the full user manual directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the Q900A under Q Series.

Searching for the best 65 inch screen

Unfortunately I had to return this as I also returned the new Samsung 65 inch Oled. And swapped for the Sony 65 A90J. And wanted the same brand Soundbar to marry up with that TV. A shame as this is a terrific Soundbar and works great with a Samsung TV
