Sound Bar mounts are not all the same

I mistakenly thought they would be universal mounts on a Samsung. It sounded great and when my IT guy was trying to mount it, he realized that it doesn't fit my TV. Fortunately BB let me return it after the 10 Days.

I bought an open box item and didn’t notice it is dented in the front until it was installed. It would be a good practice to indicate if there is an damage on open box items offered for sale.
