We needed a soundbar so we could hear conversations on shows and movies. My wife also said it must be a white soundbar, which of course limits our options some. Enter this soundbar, which conveniently fit in the tight space between my Samsung Frame TV and my mantle, without having to adjust the height of the TV mount, which I call a win! The soundbar itself is great, clear sound and great bass for movies or music. Paired with the Samsung Smart Things app, you have full customization and some cool options like voice amplifier and night mode. The soundbar works through HDMI eARC and also can be controlled by your TV or Chromecast remote, which is great because who wants 3+ remotes?? The only reason this isn't a 5* is because of Best Buy. I ordered two in Open Box Excellent condition, and one came missing a cable and the mounting hardware, and the other came pretty visibly damaged (the soundbar, sub, and wires all had damage). I returned the busted up one, and will make due without a second for now. Of course, best buy customer service and returns are great, so they took it back without a fuss. But neither of the items I purchased were anywhere near 'open box excellent ' condition.

Recommended for those who want a minimalist , slim, wall mounted setup. Good and fair sound for a small room and/or apartment. Has wireless/wifi capability without the use of hdmi e-arc or bluetooth. The con is the hdmi to micro hdmi cable, which is weak and easy to break.

Overall great product; however, it could be a little louder and have on screen adjustments...also the micro HDMI cable is very short and had to buy a longer one separately.

It’s a small speaker but sounds great with Q-symphony. If you are using Samsung TV, it pairs smoothly. Woofer is wireless and you can place it anywhere in the room. Best speaker for small living room or bedroom.

Would be a 5 star if the hdmi cable was not an hdmi mini to hdmi

I love this sound bar it has definitely changed the quality of our viewing pleasure. It’s also super sleek and minimalistic.

Decent sound quality although didnt care for the subwoofer design or the remote often design isnt big to me this time it was. Research specifications before buying to make sure its a correct fit for your needs. With samsung it seems less about price and more about specifications which easily is undernoticed. Many think higher price it must be better. I can not say in my experiences with Samsung that in case it would be factual. Theres the hw-s800B for 899 with 3.1 and hw-q800b for 999 with 5.1 and hw-q750b with 5.1 with rear speakers included. Again price is deceiving at times.

This sound bar sounds really good. Crystal clear. Sounds really good with video games and movies. The only thing I don't like is there is no display on the when you turn up yhe volume or make adjustment for the or the treble. All you get is a weird AI voice that speaks really fast. Other than that it is good.

I upgraded my previous soundbar with this one and I can literally feel the bass when watching a movie or listening to music. The only downside is there’s no display on the bar, and I don’t care for it speaking which selection I make, I like having a display. But the sound quality trumps not having it!

Purchased as a bundle with 75” Neo QLED TV. This Soundbar was the only one small enough to fit under the bottom of the TV as my shelf depth is limited. My original intention was to buy Sonos but the price of the Samsung included a Sub, and fit the limited space. The Samsung is not as robust as the Sonus but is a good product on its own merit

Pretty good sound bar. What i like about it is that it is small and fits on the wall right under the TV. Sound also automatically adjusts fos higher volume commercials compared to the show or movie.

I had a mix review, firstly i wanted this item web site showed that I cam pick up the item, wen to Norwalk and I have been told item is not more available. Then I booked 4 more locations until mid night and every time my request was approved and later declined. Finally Next day same Norwalk location Item was avaiable. Staff was not at all helpful and online help was useless. I didnt get remote with item and there was no support. however Item was really good.

I didn’t receive my controller but the sounds is pretty good im going to add the external speakers to see if that will help fill the bigger living space. Speaking and subwoofer definitely work great alone

The audio quality of this device impresses given its compact dimensions and cost. However, a recurring issue that has been somewhat bothersome pertains to the Bluetooth connectivity, which experiences frequent disconnections. It appears that this inconvenience may be linked to the automatic shutdown feature, which, in my opinion, lacks the ability to accurately discern the presence of a signal and regrettably cannot be deactivated.

Easy setup and integration with my flat screen TV. Works well with my smartphone.

Very good product! I keep the volume on low as get an get loud and does a good job at the surround sound function.
