For its size, the sound is really big and the set up is super easy. I will buy again for my room

It works flawlessly with my Samsung q60 55" I realized once you pair it with a Samsung tv you can unlock it's full potential(qSymphony and many other settings straight from the tv UI)! Not imperative, this S800d sound bar setup it will shake your room and impress in any situation but something to keep in mind. The design it's great and for my 55" tv it's a perfect match. Setting up this soundbar was as simple as plug and play! I was skeptical about it's size in the beginning but oh boy that blew me of the water after i had it setup and i watched my first movie! I recommend you download the app SmartThings since you'll be able to control this sound bar and all the other samsung products in your house! Once installed you'll be able to use TvSpeaker + soundbar simultaneously but for spacial effects and dtsX you have to stay with just the soundbar thru the HDMI ARC. The soundbar supports few voice assistants built-in(i go with amazonAlexa) and it works great! You will need to power both separate Subwoofer and Soundbar. The wireless connection was done automatically out the box. Didn't need much to get it going, was very easy to set up. Overall: -Very Happy with the quality, performance and design of the S800d

This is the second time I’ve own this sound system. It’s even better with the two Wireless speakers that can be added. This time I didn’t get the Wireless speakers because I’m in an apartment instead of the house and a surround sound is outstanding. The base kicks in once in a while and basically vibrates my couch and the floor makes me feel like I’m actually in the story. I’m watching on TV. The price for this kind of sounds is excellent. There’s a lot of stuff on the market that’s more expensive than this and it doesn’t even come close to this system. Also, I got the Best Buy plus program and in the first 60 days when the sound system went on sale, I went into my app and they automatically credited me $100 difference instantly. When I move back to a house, I’ll add the two wireless back speakers.

I love this!!! It is super slim and mounted perfectly underneath my 75” tv. It fills the room with movie theater quality sound. Added plus, Samsung TV and soundbar have some extra bonuses with sound quality since they are the same brand. Highly recommend!!!

The sound bar has changed our television viewing world for the best. We are old boomers who were having trouble hearing the dialogue on most of the movies and shows we watched. The sound bar has even that out for us and made the dial out more distinctive. The music also sounds great very pleased with this decision.

We are very happy with the Samsung soundbar. It was easy to set up. We love that it's wireless. The sound is excellent. We also love that at Best Buy, there were at least 10 soundbars hooked up to listen to. Thank you!

Going from TV speakers to this system has been a massive upgrade. I love how slim the soundbar is and it’s very simple to operate.

The slim design was exactly what I needed given the small space I had. For such a slim design the sound is great. It was easy to install and set up.

I just recently purchased a Samsung 65 inch OLED at the time of insulation the sound bar underneath of this model was purchased unfortunately it did not support Dolby Atmos or Q Symphony. I also had some issues with the TV being installed about a week later I decided to have everything replaced and upgraded to this sound bar what a world of difference, the quality of the sound bar the ridiculous power, the high-quality sub true Dolby Atmos true Q Symphony it really is true when it comes to sound equipment you get what you pay for. $850 may seem to be a lot of money to spend on a sound bar but you’ll thank me that you purchased it in the long run because the sound is like night and Day when you’re spending thousands on the TV you want the best equipment you can get that supports all the features of the TV if you’re buying a Samsung TV you buy a Samsung sound bar to take advantage I highly recommend the sound bar you won’t be disappointed !!

This sound bar is great. Recently got a new TV and TV Stand and wanted to upgrade our sound bar as well. I decided on the slim sound bar because it was sleek and came with the subwoofer as well. I am happy in my decision as I don't think any other bar would fit with my new TV and Stand. The sound is great and the subwoofer enhances the audio experience. I am not super experienced in sound bars and the different sound experiences other products have. I simply like this one for its slim design and look sound.

This sound bar creates good quality sound in a small room. The subwoofer works great. The sound bar is really small, which is very beneficial in my application.

Product performed beyond my expectations. Assembly and hook up was extremely easy. Product offers a variety of settings that are so easy to change. Narrowness of the sound bar fit perfect on my Mantel over the fireplace. Best of all it SOUNDS AWSOME.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the HW-s800D soundbar. It is so much smaller than the competition and yet sounds even larger. I watched the new Superman Movie on it and the sound filled the room and the Voice quality was very strong as well. If you are looking for a higher ended sound bar this one is quite nice.

Bought it open-box, with no noticeable issues whatsoever. I love this little thing! I had to fiddle with the mixing a bit so I wouldn't annoy the neighbors with the sub, but we love it. One quirk is that it only has ARC/eARC hdmi support, no optical or HDMI-in

I have two of these! They are connected to 75” and a 85” Samsung frame tv. Best sound coming from a sound bar. The bass still has boom and the sound rumbles awesomely. Between the tv and this sound bar I don’t even go the movies anymore I find I have better quality and comfort now.

I’m still giving this item a 5 star review because I have heard this soundbar at a friends and it’s amazing. Pretty much all of the higher end Samsung sound systems. I am very upset with Best Buy because their Geek Squad sent out this open box item that would not sync with the subwoofer. Time and time again I receive either physically damaged (severely) items or defective ones with no apology. I was promised compensation for multiple items being shipped that were defective or broken physically. Of course in the end it never gets done and I get conflicting information from the outsourced call center representatives. The hours I have spent on the phone and the massive inconvenience of not receiving operable merchandise is rediculous.

This ultra slim sound bar with subwoofer has great sound and power. We didn't want a sound bar that takes up a lot of room, but wanted high quality, so this ultra slim style was just perfect! Very happy with it!
