The only complaint is that It's the three rack system and steals a bit from the lower and "middle" rack to add the third top rack which does make the other two an issue for oversized plates, etc.

The small drawer on top has become so handy. It’s a great place to put sippy cup lids, blender bottle lids, or long handled kitchen tools. You know the ones - the ones you just lay on the top rack across all the other cups. They finally have a place!

I love the interconnectivity of my phone, and appliances. I am slowing replacing all of my home appliances to Samsung because it's so easy to manage all of them from my phone app.

All my kitchen appliances including washer and dryer are all Samsung Smart appliances in black stainless steel. Best Buy has top-of-the-line newest products with the best prices.

People who complain that they smell odor, it's not from dishwasher it's improperly installed drain hose. Make sure your hose it's running on top, not the bottom of your cabinet.

The worst

Samsung has sent someone out to fix it two times and the same thing still happens. I call them and all they do is keep apologizing and sending someone out. It took over a month to get 1 part. To make a long story short I have had this dishwasher for 3 months and it hasn’t worked right for 2 of them. It takes all day just to get through 1 cycle. Don’t waste your money buy a different brand.

The top drawer is very flimsy and the wire racks 10 to not stay up through the cycle.
