This dishwasher looks great on the outside but ends up being too small on the inside. Racks are wobbly and the dishwasher quit working . Won't buy similar style again. Samsung should be ashamed. Also, if you want air dry dishes then this works fine but most people do not have the time to wait for their dishes to dry before taking them out of the washer.

We loved it, because it so quite & works very good.

Well, I only installed the unit yesterday so I will confine my review to installation and early observations. First the install. Installation booklet is really not well written nor illustrated so if you're doing the install yourself take a deep breath and read the instructions several times to get a thorough understanding. Things to really pay attention to are the leveling the machine it MUST be level to operate correctly. Second, selecting the location of the mounting brackets. If you have granite (I do) and intend to install the brackets on the sides of the unit you need to ensure that when securing the screws that you do not exceed the 22" inside width dimension or you might have problems with the door seals. Also, take a little time to study the layout for the water supply and drain hose. Use teflon tape on all water connections to reduce leaks. A lot of the negative reviews on this unit appear to relate to bad installations. So early observations on the waterwall feature are that after one wash cycle it seems to really thoroughly clean tough food stains. So theoretically this feature is at least as good as the conventional rotating spray arm method. I put my wireless waterproof camera in the unit and it was admittedly cool. The lower zone feature should increase cleaning power as well as it adds more vertical water jets to this lower left side of the unit. The third rack is, in my opinion, mandatory and gives you more loading flexibility. The drying feature where the door pops open is interesting and does seem to make the contents more dry at the end of the cycle. The Smart Connect feature is cool but not sure its all that useful to control the unit from your phone. One issue seems to be that IoS when your iphone goes into lock mode it disconnects from the unit so that's annoying. So I cannot speak to longevity or reliability yet but early impression is that this unit is very effective at its core functions of cleaning and drying. Auto feature is also necessary if you want the machine to sense how dirty the dishes are make the decision on washing duration, etc.

We have owned this dishwasher for exactly two months. The dishwasher is giving a LC error code. The code is for a leak. There are plenty of youtube videos about this problem. Unfortunately, Samsung's recommendation was to get a fan and try to dry the inside. I am sorry but a dishwasher at this price point should not break after two months of use.

I must say, the looks caught my attention. The performance is awful. They sent a service tech out 3 times before they agreed to exchange. Doesn't clean well.Also having a problem with the refrigerator I purchased. Ice try keeps freezing up.

third shelf for utensils can't be used with it in place middle shelf must be in lower position or tall glasses don't fit with middle shelf in lower position large dinner plates don't fit in bottom shelf also so called adjustable things are not aligned properly and small plates do not fit

Wish there were 0 stars. I will never never never ever buy a Samsung dishwasher again!!!!!! Failed after 2 years!! Three leaks and geek squad came to my house 5 times in a year!!

I have owned this product for almost a year. I have needed the repair guy to come out 4 times each time something new went bad. I just handed repaired again 07/8/18.

We bought this dishwasher 3 years back. So far it broke down about 4 times. It burns the mother board and stops working. Don't buy Samsung Appliances. They are pretty bad .

It gives us problem every 3 months. We have to call service every couple months. What a waste of money. It looked cool tho

Installed the first one and it did a wonderful job. Within two weeks it had an error code saying it was broken. Returned it and got a new one. That one worked once and then just stopped working.

Was replaced 4 times. 3 leaked. 2 died completely after 1 week. Returned it and replaced it with a KitchenAid.

Dishwasher looks great. Dishes do not dry at the end of wash. Always wet afterwards. Had for six months and already have the pump and a sensor replaced.
