Crummy product and is defective after 5 months. 3rd Samsung product in 8 months. Stay away

I have returned it as it used to stopped in middle of cycle. It did not worked a single time.

For the price, I would not recommend it. I had cheaper ones that washed better than this one. Nothing impressive to be me.

We bought this dishwasher 3/30/2019. It was installed 4/1/2019. It has now gone out, & after less than 2 years, it needs a new mother board which costs over $600. It is unbelievable that Samsung won't repair the dishwasher after this short period. It costs more to repair it that a new dishwasher will cost. It is a disgusting!

Short lived unit, barely made it a year. Would not recommend this unit to anyone

We have had this dishwasher for 1 year and use it 2-3 times a week. About every 10th use it leaks. Some are small and some are bad. The seal and door design allow for it to leak. I have called Samsung and Best Buy several times. Hopefully this time they come out and replace it. I wish there was another unit that matched the whole set.

Does not thoroughly dry dishes. The door pops open when cycle is done. It should remain closed so heat stays inside and thoroughly drys dishes. ALSO, the rubber side trim molding that is on the left and right sides and abuts the cabinet opening is poorly designed. Looks horrible!!

I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of this dishwasher. I've had it for a month and It doesn't dry properly. So, all of my dishes have to be hand dried or left with water spots. So disappointed.

There was a dent on the door when it was delivered and still we have not received any replacement. Best Buy is pretty bad with its customer service. We will ot shop there again and make sure none of our friends around us shop there either.

This is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever used. It doesn’t clean well (sometimes it does on the “heavy wash” mode). It doesn’t dry at all so I usually end up spilling water all over the floor while unloading.

We have owned this dishwasher less than two years and a motor already. Role on the water wall. You have better choices than this one.

Have had this dishwasher for 5 months. No complaints at all. Silent operation (the only thing we hear is water gurgling in the pipe to the disposal when it is discharging water). Cleans everything really well. Holds plenty of dishes etc when properly loaded. Ample space in silverware caddies. And the top shelf for odd- and oversized items is so useful Takes just under 2 hours to run on Normal + Speed Booster, which is fine wih me as we usually run it overnight- it is so quiet it does not disurb sleepers Hidden control panel is great idea- no more inadvertent starting of dishwasher by leaning on it.. I love it NB the last part of the review title is clearlly tongue-in-cheek!.

We had one problem after another. Best Buy finally had to trash it and give us a brand new one of a differant make.

Just stay away from Samsung and save yourself the headaches.

I loved it until it leaked... maybe just bad luck. Replaced with the Bosch 800 seeies

I haven’t received this dishwasher yet. It’s only been a month.

I wanted a steel interior washer that is quiet. This is that product! I use the 1-hour speed cleaning most of the time. Some folks complain about the top rack items not drying completely, but that is not unusual, especially for plastic items. I simply shake them out and put them up. The dish detergent can make the difference. I don't use drying agents...too many chemicals already!

So i have had the dishwasher six months it worked great. Until now. The lc code popped up on it and so i called best buy who i bought my warranty through. They could not tell me anything and told me to call samsung. So i did. Samsung says this is very common for the waterfall dishwasher. And says that u will need to unplug it and let it dry out. For a day or two. I sId ok but what if it happens again. They said u will have to do the same process and let it dry out. I dont know whats going to happen but if this thing keeps acting up then i will need a replacement dishwasher. I will let it go until it happens again.

I bought this dishwasher back in June 2017. I knew friends who had Samsung refrigerators with problems, but this was a dishwasher so I gave it a shot. I was impressed with the quiet operation and the waterwall feature. In the first 5 months, the door stopped popping open. I had two visits to get it fixed. Just recently we notice the last month or so the bottom rack dishes were not getting as clean as the used to get. We would hear a bad sound during the startup of the wash cycle as well. I brought out Geek Squad to look, they checked the sound against their computerized list of possible problems and said the waterwall arm must not be moving properly back and forth. They ordered parts and came back 1 week later. 2 guys struggled for almost two hours to replace the parts, having all kinds of problems getting the old out and the new in. I heard things said that scared me this is going to start leaking probably after a few runs. They did get it to work, but I am very cautious and afraid to run it overnight or otherwise unattended in case it starts leaking. They had a tough time getting the leak alarm to stop after they replaced the waterwall arm. I was not having any leaks before. I can't really say I feel confident in Samsung Appliances. You spend $1K on a dishwasher, I expect it to be trouble free for at least 5 years. This is a lemon.
