    Haven't had any issues with it and we've had it for 4 years now. It's extremely quiet. Gets our dishes clean. We love the 3rd top shelf; it's perfect for cleaning our knifes and small, flatter dishes. The heavy duty cleaning zone is great whenever we need it. Plenty of space to clean plates, bowls, and pots. The WiFi feature is pretty cool, although we've only used it a couple of times.

    This dishwasher has had to be repaired countless times- with everything being out of warranty. Recently, a covered part broke but I was two days out of my warranty and they refused to honor it. Retail cost of part and installation was so expensive that after LESS THAN FIVE YEARS we have to buy a new one. Samsung is the absolute worse appliances I have ever purchased. Never again.

    I originally purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy in February 2015. I also purchased the warranty and installation service. It worked until February 2019 when it became "un-serviceable". When I first started using the Samsung DW80H9930US dishwasher, it worked well. I was impressed by the waterwall demo machine at the store with the window where you could see the washing in action. I found that the Waterwall was able to clean dishes good but not great. It wasn' t able to clean stuck on foods as well as I hoped. Usually I found doing a pre-wash was good enough to have pots and bake-ware cleaned well by the dishwasher. After about a year, the motor died and it was covered by the Best Buy warranty so it was repaired fairly quickly. About a month or two after that, the dishwasher stopped washing because the door kept opening during the cycle. Best Buy warranty covered that one too. More recently, I started getting this error 7E... which was right after my warranty expired so I called Sears appliance repair and they were able to troubleshoot the dishwasher. The problem was that the motor died again but this time Samsung changed the way the motor timing and Waterwall drive sync up. The motor timing was updated but it was not backwards compatible with the original Waterwall so now the dishwasher is un-serviceable. Looks like Im forced to buy a new one now.

    This was an expensive dishwasher. I loved this dishwasher, DW80H9950US. Dishes came out sparkling clean, it was quiet, had lots of useful cycles, dried the dishes great. I had a 5 year extended warranty. 5 months after the warranty was up, dishwasher stopped working, had an E7 error code. I called the authorized Samsung repair, the tech came out to check it and the tech said it is not worth repairing. It is too expensive to repair, cost is half what a new one will be, and something else will break soon. I guess Samsung dishwashers are poor performers. I still had to pay for the service call. That was upsetting.

    A quiet unit which cleans OK

    We have had the unit for a couple years now and were initially excited about the waterwall concept. Now after many cycles, dishes and playing with the layout we have come to the conclusion the waterwall design needs improvement. The best thing about the current design is its very quiet and has an attractive exterior appearance. However for a new higher end unit with current design features we expected an exceptional result from every day use but unfortunately it didnt live up to that expectation. Yes we pre-clean everything every time, yes we have it set on the appropriate cleaning choices and yes we add dishwasher soap. The consistent result is what we consider a moderate result. Our dishwasher before this lasted for more years than we know but after a couple with this unit we are looking for a new one.

    Broke after 3 use

    I bought this unit last month and it started to leak after 3 use. I called Samsung 5 times before they sent someone over to take a look 4 days later. The technician mentioned this was a manufacturer defect and Samsung will send me a new unit. After few days I followed up with the company and they said the technician has changed his story and is saying this is a customer's fault and Samsung will not fix the leak. I am very disappointed with Samsung and their customer service and I will not buy another product from them.

    we've had this machine for a year. it's very nice looking, very quiet, it just doesn't do its job very well. we put in a service call, received a replacement water jet motor, and the tech who came out refused to install the new part. in his opinion, this dishwasher has a bad design and replacing the motor wouldn't help. does fine for dishes that are mostly clean. we have to run the washer on heavy for every load. the tech's suggestion was to never run the washer when full, or some dishes won't come out clean. what's the point then? samsung needs to rethink the design. for $1k we expected better.

    It works well for the most part. Rollers for top/3rd rack broke off and cand find replacements anywhere. Had to find the right detergent for it though. Finish power ball dishwasher soap we found works the best.

    Worst purchase we ever made

    Bought this to upgrade all our kitchen appliances to Samsung as we have always been a loyal Samsung customer. Started with LC error code within two weeks of installing. Had 3 differnent service calls which involved completely taking the kitchen apart each time. Also, it rarely would complete a cycle without popping open and just stopping. Now it completely does not work and is just useless. WHAT A WASTE OF A LOT OF MONEY

    Single worst product I have ever bought from Best

    I bought this about a month ago. While the installer was testing it, it failed. Immediately, they ordered a second one. That one took two weeks for delivery and installation. I have now had the second one for 2 days and it has failed. It won't even start a cycle. If I could classify this as a "Do Not Buy" I would. I am a loyal Samsung customer too. I have 3 TVs, fridge, microwave, stove. All have been great so far. This is the first time I have had this much trouble with a Samsung product. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look to other brands.

    DAMAGED ON DELIVERY REPLACED 3 TIMES

    DELIVERED WITH A DENT IN THE FRONT. REPLACED 2 WEEKS LATER. THEN IT WOULD NOT AUTOMATICALLY OPEN ON FINAL CYCLE. REPLACED. NEW ONE DID THE SAME THING AFTER ABOUT A MONTH. REPLACED. I AM NOW ON #3. BEST BUY AND GEEK SQAUD WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS . YOU WIL HAVE TO CONTACT SAMSUNG YOURSELF TO TRY AND GET ANYTHING FIXED. DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY ..     Bought this is 2018 and this is already giving us problems. We run normal cycles and kept it very clean. Samsung needs to back their product for at least 5 years. We purchased the Geek Squad warranty, and go figure, it expired a month ago from our purchase. We may be stuck buying a new $700 dishwasher.

    I bought this dishwasher in mid-December and was able to use it approximate 3 weeks worth. Every time it broke it took several days to get a technician out to look at it. I am not happy with Samsung, not happy with the Dishwasher, and not happy with BestBuy. I bought a matching kitchen set, the rest I am now stuck with. There really is nothing that will match the Samsung Black so I am now stuck. What a horrible experience and may turn me away from BestBuy all together.

    Less than 3 years old. I have replaced it. Will never buy another Samsung appliance again. Leaked. Bottom waterwall stopped moving. Cant find replacement parts. Peice of... Save ur money

    I love the Samsung dishwasher but I have had nothing but issues with it. I am on my 3rd dishwasher in the last 4 months. All of them have leaked on my brand new wood floors. I have had Samsung techs out 4 times now and they can fix it. Really the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase.

    I went with a Samsung kitchen upgrade because i love their TVs. Big mistake. I’ve only had this dishwasher a month or so and I already have a “Leak: error code and its spilling water into my downstairs basement. Of course Best Buy and Samsung are playing the “not it” game when it comes to trying to get it fixed. Listen: If you are remodeling your kitchen, stick to Home Depot.
