This dishwasher is very versatile and very quiet. It’s holding up so far with daily use. I also purchased Geek Squad protection so I’m covered no matter what.

We love the quality and look of the washer but had an issue without error code where it would t start. Ended up correcting its self before the warrantee tech came out

Love all the features and it is a good overall dishwasher. The only thing is you do have to pre-wash the dishes quite a bit more than I would normally like.

Do not buy. After 9 months we started having error codes. Ended up having service on it but of course it was just past the warranty. Best Buy tech rescheduled twice. Came out and didn’t have the needed parts. Came out again (2 weeks later) and fixed the failing part. Now 4 months later, same error code again. Samsung is not an appliance company - not worth it! Just buy a brand tried and true.

We have been using this dishwasher for about a month. So far it is living up to its claims. I like that it is connected so you can control it and check the operation from anywhere. I love that it opens the door after running to allow things to dry properly. Very nice product .

Has leaked off and on sine we bought it. Replaced the seal, the leak shut off sensor and recently it leaked (while off and not running) while out of town and cause a lot of water damage.

When we moved, I was so excited to have all new matching appliances. My Samsung microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher were bought together; all appliances EXCEPT the dishwasher have held up fine. We installed our appliances when our house was finished; less than 5 months later, the finish is peeling and fine scratches are showing! Mind you, we are extremely careful. Our $400 Whirlpool resisted toddlers and pets; showed zero signs of use after ten years, meanwhile, the RIDICULOUSLY expensive Samsung dishwasher can’t hold up it’s finish after a few short months (even with cautious treatment). I had friends tell me to steer clear, but I had my heart on the black stainless Samsung appliances. Huge mistake! I’m very regretful of splurging on this dishwasher.

Wow its amazing! I had a hard time spending this much for a dishwasher but it was time to get a high end set. WOW I didnt think the sound control would be a big deal. I literally have to put my ear to the door to hear if its even running. Totally worth it!

Regrettably the Samsung we ordered last November leaked, but the Best Buy team of Paul Vallade and Kwamane Speights were fantastic getting a replacement ordered and installed. We actually like the new one better than the original one (not including the leak). This one is perfect!!! Thanks, Best Buy

I like the dishwasher, but it is not fingerprint proofed like they say!!

very nice dishwasher but the bottom rack is a little flimsy and it was difficult to hook up The dishwasher

I really like the features of this dishwasher I just wish the kick plate on the bottom was stainless steel like the rest of the dishwasher.

I'm giving this a 5 star because of the two delivery men. They were respectful and kind.

Three stars at because it has already given me an LC code twice. Techs could not find where the water was coming from and suggested i call Samsung directly to address if it leaks again. I've read and seen on Youtube that this is very common. Cannot recommend atm due to LC code.
