It has been 4 weeks since delivery and I still can’t use it. It only lets one water temperature of water into the washer. Best Buy has been here to my house 3 times to fix. Now they are replacing it. I’ve been inconvenienced for 3 Saturdays waiting the 4 hour window.

One of my favorite features, which I have not seen in any other model, is that the door automatically springs open a few inches at the end of the cycle, allowing the dishes to thoroughly air dry.

However, that's where it ends for me because as excited as I was to replace my old dishwasher that has a bad pump, this dishwasher was a total letdown for me. It doesn't clean very well even with the heavy option selected, boost settings, hi temp, and sanitize options all set. I have experimented with rinse aid settings ranging from the default setting of F4, scaling it back to F1 and raising it all the way up to F6, which is the highest setting. My dishes always come out super wet even after waiting for an hour after the cycle completes with the auto door opener on. I've tried the most expensive pods, detergent booster, liquid detergent, and powder detergent with no good results at all in all of the settings I've tried. I really wanted to like this dishwasher because it matches my samsung fridge, but my old Kitchenaid was way better with washing and drying the dishes. I had high expectations for this to be equal or even better since it connects to the Smart Things app, but it's nowhere near close to the same performance. I'll be returning this either for a full refund or an exchange for a different brand, hoping to have a much better experience and better results.

We are very happy with this samsung linearwash. Its nice to also be able to check the current cycle status on the app and get notification when the wash is complete.
