    Great deal and in very good condition. Lucas is amazing. Knows his stuff and willing to go out of his way to do whatever it takes to make things happen. In fact all the guys that work there are great.

    Very nice dishwasher. Wasn't sure about the "pop open to vent" at end of cycles. But actually much better than our old 'side venting' unit that ended up damaging paint on adjacent cabinets.

    Cleans well but doesn’t dry. It pops open to supposedly assist with the drying but it doesn’t work. Dishes come out wet pretty much every other time I wash. Not fun esp, for the price and older Samsung dried after every wash.

    Machine works perfect. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect washer. Took a little while to arrive but that’s irrelevant.

    Never choose a specific color

    Dishwasher was working great, until it didn't. Geek Squad came to look at it and said they were amazed it hadn't leaked sooner. When it did, it leaked through our floor underneath it, and and into our basement, luckily no damage there was done. Geek Squad stated the tub that holds the water while it is working was broken, and allowing water to escape, and the base of the unit was also cracked. Samsung told Best Buy to go ahead and replace it. When we went in to the store to set that up (as we were told to do by Best Buy) they told us this model was no longer being made and wasn't available. So they were sending us a new dishwasher one model down. The problem with that was that its white, and ours is slate blue. Best Buy and Samsung's answer; too bad, buy the new panel yourself ($150) AND pay the $160 installation fee. As "Total Tech Members" I would say we are not impressed at all, and wont be using Best Buy or Samsung again after this treatment. Now I have to choose one star for everything because its the only way these companies actually care

    I love my new dishwasher! This purchase was so flawless. Les in the shakopee store got it ordered for me and set up the delivery. The delivery and install was great with 2 fellows from the Geek Squad.

    Stopped working in 2 weeks

    We purchased this dishwasher about 1 months ago, then for some reason, the whole control panel stopped responding 2 weeks after the installation. We contacted the Best Buy customer service at first but they told us we would need to talked to Samsung. So we did. The technician came in 1 week and told us that the power was on, so there might be something wrong with the mother board. So he ordered the mother board and came in 1 week after. After 20 minutes of trying to fix it, there was still no luck! The technician was frustrating because he had been working for this job for 30 years, and he couldn't figure out what was going on with the dishwasher. He basically told us to never purchase a Samsung appliance because they made it way too complicated to fix. The technician is going to order another part for us and come in again to see if that would work next week. We are crossing our fingers. We have had this dishwasher for 1 month, and half of the time is our of commission (2 week of using, 2 weeks of trying to get it fixed and still waiting)! And based on the fact that this Samsung dishwasher with great reviews broke down in 2 weeks is just unacceptable!

    Incompetent and Insulting Service After the Sale

    This is most incompetent customer service we have ever experienced from any company, anywhere, at any time. These bozos have invented new ways to screw up a relatively simple transaction by rolling my new dishwasher across our kitchen floor and running into our kitchen island. The management and leadership of this company is asleep at the switch, and could care less about how customers are treated. This attitude will eventually destroy what is left of the company. Too bad, but richly deserved. It actually is a challenge to maintain this level of value-less service.

    Gorgeous color

    All of my dishwashers have been Samsung. As I have moved to bigger and/or nicer homes the brand has been attractive to buyers-renters. Beautiful color, great bells and whistles. Delivery was early, professional and courteous.

    We replaced all of our kitchen appliances with Samsung, They work flawlessly and are built well. Just like anything you have to take care of them and service them like anything you own that has moving parts. Great product!
