Now it is Apr 24. They have been to my house EVERY month to work on it. Replaced the belt, the motor, the DOOR, and the machine is still not working. Samsung sent awful people to my house that damaged my floor. I have seen the repair man so much now I can text him directly. I can't believe they replaced this machine in '23 and it has had so many problems. It was not the unit itself, it is the MODEL. Sounds cool and fancy, but it DOES NOT WORK. Also the repair man told me he works on this machie ALL THE TIME. Next replacement, I will not be getting this machine.
